Had 45 min before boarding my flight. Ordered the Mongolian steak 4:51 and 12 people got their food before me. When I asked them if they forgot my food I was told to be patient. I waited another 10 min witnessing another customer return and complain that the rice was not cooked, and then I asked for a refund. They fumbled around for several minutes and so I just left so I could catch my flight. I usually love pei wei so I was grossly disappointed with everything that went down.
Everything was soggyOnly the crab wontons that I had was goodBetter off going to a regular old school Chinese take out place......we spent 77$ to literally get piles of mush in containers. it was amazing how bad it came out to be and the first Asian restaurant I've eaten from that made everything so bad
ordered the Mongolian Steak, pretty sweet; I enjoyed eating them quick, would send the food to you nearby better than average Asian fast food imo
I couldn’t believe it! Fresh ingredients, crisp vegetables and it wasn’t another boring rabbit salad.I’ve been through the Fort Lauderdale Airport a few times in the last year or two and would constantly settle for a bag of chips.However, this weekend my eyes & my stomach were in tune with one another and I decided to order the teriyaki chicken dish for $12.It was really good! I really couldn’t believe the quality, portion size, speed of service and delicious flavor. It’s an open kitchen concept so customers are able to see all the action going on behind the counter.My only regret was eating chips before I ate the dish because I was so full but I was able to have the rest when I got home.I’ll definitely eat there again if I have another connecting flight in Fort Lauderdale.The picture doesn’t lie. The spinach was fresh fresh fresh nothing frozen in this frame.
I ordered from Uber eats and I only did it come hardly any food in there the rice wasn’t even cooked it almost broke my tooth never order from them again! So disappointed.
I gave this review 2 stars because the staff was amazing. The food tasted like beef jerky and was way too expensive. We took 4 bites to curve our hunger then threw it away. The bonus was our calorie intake was way less than expected.
(2-2-22) This place used to be great but after the covid nonsense it went totally downhill. Service is great, everyone is nice, might take upto 15m to get your order during peak hours. However, they have switched suppliers and are NOT using real chicken in their meals. This is ground up bits of who-knows-what compressed chicken scrap balls deeply fried. This is NOT acceptable. Order the beef or nothing at all. Also, everything is swimming in some disgusting high fructose corn syrup, overtly sweet slime.There's a great Cuban place in terminal 4, sit down or takeout, who serve REAL food. Burger place next to pei-wei not bad either.
Horrible. Three women behind the counter cursing and completely ignoring the customers. Yelling curse words so loud, everyone can here them. Then they look irritated that we are all waiting to put our orders in. I know we are in am airport but this is still their job. If they hate it that much, go do something else.
Mongolian steak with rice cost me around 13$. Awful....where are my vegetables? Sality and too sweet. I ordered extra spicy but they didn't do any spicy part at all. Not worth for that money. I would eat a burger next door.
Decent food and price (for airport). The house special chicken is good. Clearly frozen chicken but I enjoyed it.
