100% of the cakes was gone by the end of our event. People kept asking me where it was from!! Caribbean people are picky about cakes and said this was a hit!We got two sheet cakes…1. Red velvet with Oreo cream and 2. Golden Vanilla with fresh strawberries & cream. Moist. Not overly sweet. And beautifully decorated. Our experience with Ruthie and her bakery was exceptional!!! I rate her a 10! We gave her our vision and she 100 percent made our cake absolutely amazing and the taste was delicious!! I can’t say enough good about her! The cake was the show stopper of the party!!

Where do I start , I was in cloud when I saw the cake exactly what I asked for the cake was moist full of flavor and absolutely delicious . Customer service was great as always, professional, a job well done . Ruth even added a little twist to the filling chocolate chips which take the cake to the next level . The cake was gorgeous and melt in the mouth my twin daughters and I were beyond happy , thank you for making their day so special would not have it any other way .I highly recommended Panchis Bakery for all your events and occasions you will not be disappointed see you for my next cake ?
We ordered a cake for a Bridal Shower along with cupcakes that were decorated like cactus succulents. I sent a photo to Ruthy, of what I wanted and it was spot on! Both the cake and cupcakes were full of flavor and very moist.I will definitely be ordering from Panchis Bakery again.
This cake was delicious and moist. I'm still dreaming about it weeks later. But what most impressed me was the customer service. Panchis Bakery stepped in, when another bakery (who shall remain nameless) on the day of my daughter's birthday said they couldn’t fulfill my order. We we devastated and scrambling to find someone to prepare a custom cakeand they did and it was phenomenal. Thank you!
I’m from Michigan and I googled cake places I searched and came upon panchis I sent an inquiry online and not to long after I got a text message I spoke with the owner and she was so sweet and accommodating!! My friend owns a bakery where I live and my cakes have always been over the top! She sure met my expectations it was just beautiful and also tasted delicious!! Thanks so much for a great experience will be picking up another cake next week for my husbands birthday can’t wait !
