Made the mistake of ordering delivery on Sunday, July 17th.I got an way overcooked Blooming onion. I also ordered an steak with 2 sides. The steak was ok.The sides: The loaded potato with "everything " was, well just a salt crusted potato with so much salt in it that made it inedible. A sweet potato accompanied witha a tiny container filled up to a quarter with butter and cinnamon. Adding the little bread to the order is always nice, except that there was no butter. I should have taken more pictures.I am positive that if someone from Outback HQ received such order would have something to say about it. Not ordering ever again from this location.
Gracious and friendly hostess. Friendly and efficient server. Both he and the hostess checked on me to make sure everything was okay and did so in a non intrusive manner. Rib eye steak was cooked perfectly and delicious. Great seasoning. Didn't even need steak sauce. Dinner salad had plenty of blue cheese dressing. And bread soft and warm and satisfying. A really great meal experience and I certainly will be back there!
Easy to park at and great food !!I had the Prime rib Steak (medium) with shrimp grilled on the barbie and fries. Had a 2X beer and the service was outstanding, my waiter was Ritchie ( good service).Looking forward to stop by next week !!
Came out to outback to enjoy a date night with my daughter. Logan provided excellent service to our table and gave us great recommendations. Everything came out in a timely manner. Steven, I believe is a manager walked around and checked on all the tables. Stopped at ours to make sure everything we ordered was to our liking and it made our dining experience a little extra personnel. 5 stars to Logan and Steven, keep up the great work
Went to dinner Easter Sunday at 8 pm with my two kids. I ordered a Wallaby cocktail. It never came. I reminded her at least 4 times throughout the night. She would apologize, and then, not bring it. She forgot to give us silverware. Both steaks were actually raw. The manager came to apologize about the steaks so I told her I still hadn’t gotten my drink. Didn’t matter. She didn’t bring it either. I reminded my server AGAIN. still nothing. Finally we were ready to leave and I had to tell her to forget the drink she never remembered in the first place! The manager met me at the door full of apologizes but what good is that? No offer of anything to make up for my ruined night. (Maybe a dessert to take home? We would have STAYED for dessert had my drink ever came.)I worked the entire day and wanted nothing more than a nice cocktail with my meal but they don’t care. I should consider myself lucky since the table next me was served raw chicken and had numerous other issues. They were furious! All in all Poor Service. Poor Management. Poor Kitchen Staff. FUL NIGHTMARE.
had a awesome waitress and the prime rib was so juicy and tasty
We had two prime rib sandwiches for lunch, both were good and filling with the fries. Service was adequate, we weren't in a hurry so didn't mind waiting. Have to have patience now a days with the lack of help and certainly not the waitress/waiters fault. I watched a server clean two tables, never sprayed the table with anything and used a dry paper towel to wipe one table. Not sanitary in the environment we are living in.
Absolutely worth every penny! From the service to the food quality! I only drive to this location because of the phenomenal service we get from Aaliyah! Every time she makes us feel so welcomed and we enjoy the conversation. The food quality is always on point and so are the portions!
I had Aaliyah as my server and she was amazing. She came by to our table and asked if we needed anything and she was so attentive and made us feel welcomed. The food was great as well. Over all the whole experience was great! I will definitely be back and would want her as my waitress again
The restaurant was very clean, and the staff where all very nice. The food was perfect. The manager came out to let us know they had overcooked my wife’s steak and offered free soup or salad while they prepared another. Very nice offer and pleasant manager. Would highly recommend.
