one star is too many. This place is horrible. waited in line for 40min for crapes only to get to the counter and find out they ran out. Extremely over priced paid over $50 toast with avacado, toast with nutella and a egg sandwich. Not only is it expensive. the saff is rude and food takes a very very long time. we waited over a hour for our order(basically 2 prices of toast and a sandwich). avoid this place unless you want to waste your whole morning
Excellent customer service, everyone was friendly and caring. The food was a bit pricey but delicious. I could eat a Nutella croissant every day ?
Best almond croissant I’ve ever had. Latte was good too. 5 stars.
Stumbled upon this gem and went back a couple times. The wait takes a bit but everything is so worth it. Mimosa Sunday - pastry and chocolate
French toast w fresh berries- to die for! Egg sandwich was excellently prepared, full of wonderful flavors. Blueberry pastry was fresh and flaky. Exceptional!
Awful service. Owners son yelled, then pointed fingers at me and r then accosted my 14 year old because I dared to complain. Ovecharged and our baguette and crepe took 1 1/2 hours. Just wanted an apology and would have ordered something else had I known a simple order would take so long. So rude. Go elsewhere.
Croissants-plain and Nutella were amazing! Latte was also great. Husband had the ham and cheese omelette which was very good. Couldn’t leave without a macaron and a macaroon!
A nice spot if you have nothing to do all morning. A 50 minute wait in line while only one person (appears to be the manager) takes orders in a painfully slow manner. That would have been the end to it however I made the mistake of not ordering one item from the front counter of prepared items. The Ham & Cheese croissant took over 15 minutes to slowly make its way out from the "kitchen". The waiting time for the ham & cheese croissant was fruitful as I noticed that I had been over-charged for three plain croissants, when I had ordered two, the number in the bag. So the manager decides the best resolution was to give me another unwanted croissant instead of refunding the over-charge. If they had any sort of competent management at all, they would realize that they don't need to overcharge customers. If they put a second cash register in, they could capture all of the people that turn away when they see the crazy long line. I stopped counting at about fifty. So for that real French experience where they don't care how long you wait, this is the place!
I walked in with a smile on my face and walked out in tears. I was picking up an order and was going to place an order for a coffee. I was scolded at the counter when I told the cashier I was there for a pickup. It was very disheartening to see how nice he was to customers before me and as soon as I mentioned I was picking up a delivery I was treated as if I was nothing. I was so upset I didn’t even get back in line for my coffee. I don’t support businesses that think the people who deliver for them aren’t good enough to order from them. I know this may seem insignificant, but you ruined my morning for absolutely no reason.
We went out of our way a few days after Christmas to try this highly praised restaurant only to find it closed for the duration of the holidays. That would not have been a problem had the web site not said that they were open. Please keep it up to date.
