Delicious and great atmosphere!I have been going to Munchies since they opened and find the staff and atmosphere to be only matched by the delicious food that they put out! On top of that they so kindly donated 20 pizzas to a event that we did recently for the Tortuga /theCHIVE volunteers to raise money for the children’s diagnostic and treatment Center they are definitely a great company and I really enjoy going to their place of business!

If you haven’t been to Munchie’s Pizza Club yet, make Munchie’s your next Pizza you order!I am vegan and the pizza pictured below is vegan too, but Munchie’s is NOT vegan, just very vegan friendly, they are also dog friendly (they have dog pizzas and dogs are welcome) and they are very kid friendly too, with video game themed pizzas on the menu that are cleverly named as well as video game themed decorations and don’t forget the free video games upstairs and downstairs for the kids to play while you wait for the food. As it gets later (after 10pm) Munchie’s does bring in entertainment and does turn into an adult playground with dance music and big screen TV’s for the games, as they have a full bar as well.Munchie’s slogan is “the best pizza in the galaxy” and this is achieved in part by head chef Todd Erickson’s secret crust that is a 24 hour fermented crust made with imported Italian flour as well as his creative recipes and toppings, also worth mentioning he recently beat Bobby Flay on a food network show before creating this menu. The pizza I got was a vegan white pizza made with the creamiest of almond based ricotta cheese, broccoli rabe, asparagus, zucchini and a pesto pistachio, all set on the proprietary crust to truly create the best vegan (or non vegan) pizza in the galaxy.Munchie’s is in downtown Fort Lauderdale in the old Tarpon Bend location at 200 sw 2nd street and has delivery supported by most of the major apps. But for me dining in was so much fun, I can’t wait to go back soon!

If you like Very good Pizza/Wings, Lasers, Fog, Black lights, Neon Lights, Beer Pong, old school arcades and bars on both floors with an open rooftop, beautiful people in a fun atmosphere with the best sound system delivering the best music right to your ear drum as you dance on our huge dance floor.....(breathes in). Then Munchies is the place to be downtown Fort Lauderdale.

I’ve been to munchies 3 times , the first time was amazing and super fun. The other 2 times was a total fail, the place was so pack that barely anyone could walk. This is after being charged $20 to get in. I wish they put a maximum capacity because we had to leave after 20 mins because we had no space to dance or even move. Btw it was only 1am so it wasn’t even that late for the place to be pack that way.

Read some reviews about phones being stolen and thought it might just be a fluke thing so some friends and I ended up going anyway on spring break. Long story short 4 out of our group of 7 ended up getting pick pocketed and staff showed nothing but hostility to our genuine requests for help. If you are reading and questioning whether or not you should go save yourself. There are plenty better options in the area that are safer and cleaner. Don’t waste your money here.

Excellent Pizza & service by Don & Jenny Thanks Big Al from Texas

Man, did I have high hopes for this place. Came here for the first time last night to watch a comedy show with friends and we were met with a (orange haired) bartender with a sour attitude. Everything else was great (people, food, show) but I could not shake off the fact that the bartender upstairs kept giving my girl friend a nasty attitude anytime she tried to order. My friend is a sweetheart so she ignored that actual bully of a bartender and walked downstairs to order her first drink of the night. We were in a large group and we all wanted to leave after that. We overheard the bartender tell another employee she was not suppose to be working that night (or the establishment was short staffed- something along those lines), and our friend assumed she was just busy and overwhelmed, but there is absolutely NO excuse for the aggression and attitude coming from the bartender. Our friend avoided the bartender to not escalate the situation. We tried to reason it out but honestly we’re so shocked any employee would go out of their way to treat a customer that way. At this point we’re just happy she gave us cold drinks. Hot tip: if you don’t like people, try another career path. The service life is NOT for her.

Came to Munchie’s for a stand up comedy event on February 5 2022. My friends and I were super excited to attend the event. There were a lot of people that attended the event but not a lot of staff to handle the amount of people. I ordered a BBQ Pizza with a waitress around 7PM. The show started at 8PM. The owner informed the audience that they are short staffed and the wait for a pizza would take awhile. However, he mentioned it would be best to order fries and wings since they will come out quicker. So I spoke to a man that may be the manger and ordered waffle fries. One of my friends ordered wings from the waitress that we ordered the BBQ Pizza from. After an hour, the “manger”brought us the fries but they were SOOO HARD! I’m not sure if that was intentional but the fries were wayyy too hard. It’s 9PM and we still didn’t receive our pizza. It is now past 10 the show ended and we never got our pizza or wings. Everyone around us got their food yet somehow we didn’t. I even ordered before another group and somehow they got their food before us. I even asked the waitress an ETA on the pizza and she didn’t answer my question. Needless to say my friends and I were extremely disappointed and probably would not attend another event at Munchies again. I understand the situation the staff was going through but no one came up to us to remedy the situation like a free shot or another order of fries.

Jenny is the best EVER! So nice I love the customer service
