Stopped in the Moonlit Diner after Good Friday 3pm mass at St Henry's Parish. Was planning to go somewhere else but when driving by, saw the diner with several cars out front & figured it was a better option where the locals go, as we were in town only for 1 week. Great atmosphere with even better food. Tried sitting outdoors 1st, but it was too windy. Moved indoors & got our orders in. The old fashion milk shakes were out of this world & came served in a tall glass milk shake style glass & old tall style stainless steel mixing cup with the extra milk shake that didn't fit in the glass. Fish & chips came out piping hot with a side of homemade coleslaw. The meal was beyond expectations with large servings & friendly service with a smile. Staff did great job keeping the place clean & sanitized. Our uncle who loves fish & chips, said it was the best he's had in many years.Definitely repeat visit if we get back to Ft Lauderdale again.

This place is everything you would expect from a diner! Big plates of food! All of your favorites on the menu. They can still make it for you even if it is not on the menu. They have different colored marshmallow for the shakes that's really fun! All the kids and adults were vocally excited about it. Very friendly staff! I loved it!

Heading north from the Keys and stopped in here for breakfast. They were busy but we were seated immediately and food came out pretty quick. I had the breakfast bowl and hubby enjoyed the hungry man. We would definitely return if on the area. Very delicious!

Staff was nice, funny, but professional. I had a patty melt: perfect! Fresh and tasty. Try the 7-layer carrot cake. The place is a shake machine too. They are pricey, but awesome.

The restaurant theme brought me back to the good old days.Angie was very personable and took care of my coffee withdrawals immediately!! My breakfast came quickly after ordering. The 2 eggs, 2 bacon 2 sausage and 2 pancakes served it’s purpose well. It’s a few minutes from the La Quinta on w cypress

Nice diner. Service was great, but took a VERY long time to get out order which was simple breakfast food. The diner was busy, but didn't expect to wait 35 minutes. The service was good and attentive.

We decided to dine at Moonlight Diner after our disappointing experience at Peter Pan. We hoped to be served right away and wanted our food to be somewhat decent. The staff was excellent and accommodating. Our food arrived quickly and we’re pleasantly surprised! The T Bone Steak was OK, the chicken wrap was much better.

I very much enjoyed my visit to the Moonlite diner. They have modeled the diner after a 1950s diner so it has a very cool exterior and a real diner feel inside. My tip: get the 2x breakfast for you want a have a breakfast gorge. You will be filled with meat, pancakes and eggs. Staff were sweethearts and fun to be with.

Mediocre food. Excellent service. Broad range of food choices. Ample parking. Rundown look but clean. Option to dine in or on patio. Jen/Jan was an awesome, efficient and patient server/waitress. Her birthday milkshake was delicious and pretty. I ordered meatloaf and I would not order it again. The gravy was good. The mashed potatoes were of a thicker texture. We also tried the ultimate club and it was good, traditional. The sweet tea was very good. The coleslaw was tasty.
