I would not go back to this place. It was totally empty inside but there were cars in the drive-thru. It took 10 minutes before she took my order and another 10 minutes for my chicken pita to come out. The lady was really unfriendly especially when I needed to use the restroom which was locked and then got in there and there was no toilet paper. Not well maintained, should have been more staff on as it was 11:00 a.m. on a weekday. Again I won't be going back. I only put two stars because my chicken was good.Update: I responded to the owner by both phone and email several times and never got a reply back. I guess this response below was just for their benefit to make them look like they cared about my experience in their restaurant but not really. BEWARE even more I say since they probably already know and don't care what is going on there!
I think you could be so much better than this. The menu is a decent menu. The burger bun was a bit stale. The cheesesteak not so cheesy and the meat over cooked to be crispy. With some care and tweaking these kind of things could be remedied. Serving mediocre food isn’t the ticket. I can remember when I thought you had the best burger on the market. (Long ago) The cheesesteak was great in every way except what I mentioned. I just don’t think you are in business to fail. Go for greatness! Step it up.This menu could easily be awesome.
Would give it more stars if the staff actually cared about getting the orders correct. The food is what saves the place but please change night manager's. They really don't care, for that hire anyone.
Great food, nice people! Angus burger is one of the best in town, and the onion rings are delicious. Fish & chips(I always upgrade and get hush puppies instead of fries)platter is also very good. Their salads are not only enjoyable, they're actually "pretty", look like pictures. Been going here for ages. Actually, going there tonight for meatball parm subs.
Got HORRIBLE food poisoning from here on my business trip a week and a half ago. Called the store and talked to the manager who then said "you didn't get it from here I don't have any other complaints" when I track what I ate and when symptoms started/ the brown GOO I found caked at the bottom of the salad I had. It was too late by time I found it I had already eaten half the meal. Unacceptable. Then their DM or operations manager calls me and assures me it'll be handled and they'll call me back. Now he's dodging my calls, they still haven't even issued me a refund for the food let alone adressed the near 800$ LOSS due to an illness brought on by their negligence on food preparation. I'm not letting this go. Big companies like this shouldn't be allowed to have a careless attitude to situations like this.
Haven't had Miami Subs, or Miami Grill now for many years...and it didn't disappoint at all. Food was good and staff was friendly. Will be back when I return to the area.

Best gyros and great cheese steak sandwich! Really good quality and flavor... Gyros are better than any Greek restaurants or gyro places down here.. better than Greek fest by far. Staff very considerate and friendly.

Food was good. Ordered fried shrimps with hush puppies and French fries. Nice and fresh. Manager was good. Employees were kind and helpful. Pricing was not bad. Bathrooms were clean. Handicap parking available. Drive through 24 hours. All in all I give it a five stars.
