Markesha worked the hell out of that drive thru tonight. And my food was fresh and hot. I appreciate excellent customer service. And she looked like she was working alone tonight. Yall need too give her a raise McDonalds cause she's the reason me and my family will continue to eat at this location.
THE WORST EVER ..Absolutely cured me from ever patronizing McDonald's again. After taking two orders ahead of me in that screwed up drivethru..had to pull up and wait with no parking available because of lack parking spaces and other numerous customers also waiting on food that could not be made in timely fashion..I was verbally accosted by two of those customers and road raged on the street by another trying to leave after waiting on their food...and my food that I waited for patiently was also STONE COLD...lol. when I called to speak to the manager about the incident I was not only blamed but hung up on. My fault they can't get orders out ...HOT...and they don't have enough parking..Wish I could give negative stars because one star rating is too many
Fast and very clean. Staff is very friendly and they follow protocol. I went inside. One of the best fastfood service experience I've had in years.
Me and my mom went to go grab a quick lunch and I received bugs all in my fries and when I called the store the manager working on 3/3/22 at around noon was extremely disrespectful to me on the phone and hung up when I notified her about the situation honestly I would give this McDonald’s zero stars they are very disrespectful and the restaurant inside is extremely dirty ….
Came through at 10:30...ordered a #1 then saw she was still on breakfast. We corrected her, and asked for the #1 no cheese, and 2 double cheeseburger bundles no pickles. First the Big Mac had cheese on it...and we had no fries. The clerk was super rude yelling she didn't charge you for bundles. (I would have gladly paid the difference).but she continues, gives me the bag back with the fries and walks off....an employee can make or break a business. This one could get this location way less traffic...stay home if your unhappy.. it's not my fault!I read another review about a great employee..A cashier that smiled and made customers happy.Maybe she should be In charge.
Unbeliveable ! This is my quarter pounder I’ve ordered today at 6:20PM . I cannot believe they served me this ! Very disgusted by the unprofessionalism there ! Definitely never going back to this location ever and I hope a lot of people see this so they know where they’re going !
Just Wondering if this Mcdonalds is even trying anymore. Greasy cold fries...Quarter Pounder dry with hard cheese...10 pickles stacked in one spot and way way to many onions. Shame on the employees but most of all Shame on the management for letting this slop go out the door. This Mcdonalds is Inedible and down right disgusting. Good thing Miami Subs are right across the street. Bye Mcdonalds...old friend...Ill miss you!!
Got sick from filet o’ fish - body literally rejected the food ?Next day, played it safe and got a McFlurry…tasted like the ice cream was expired and paid for double chocolate fudge and they only put single.Never again - I’d rather go hungry
Bit into the burger on a piece of grissle and injured my tooth, as well it wasn't very fresh. I always ask for the sandwich, made differently so they have to make it fresh, but this one didn't work. ?
My experience at this McDonald's is top notch every time I go. I stop every morning for a coffee and consistency is key in fast food and when I say my coffee is the same EVERY morning !!! It's perfect. I've occasionally had errors, usually when the line is super long, and the staff ensures it gets fixed when I take the time to go back. Some mornings I get the hotcakes with my coffee and it's great. They're hit but not melting the container or hard from being heated 7 times before serving, and the sausage is cooked perfectly. The managers and workers here have been given the proper training for their jobs AND they care about the customer's experience. A winning combo.
