A little aggressive to throw away my trash when I went for a refill. Need a refresher in customer service!Why not turn on the fountain?? It would relieve pressure in the kitchen for drinks and refills????
For a McDonalds, it was fine. The employees were curious and helpful. I only got Ice Tea
Out of apple pie. Otherwise everything went fine. Substituted chocolate chip cookies. They are terrible. They have a funny taste
Low level employees don't adhere to the 24 hour operations at this store. This store advertised as open 24 hours, l drove many miles here to here the same lazy employees say "system down" this happens everyday.
They charge almost $2.50 for iced tea and don't give free refills--only for soft drinks. To make it worse, I asked about free refills before we ordered and the clerk said they do provide them, without clarifying that that was only for soft drinks. So I got a soft drink and my wife got tea. When she asked for a refill on tea they refused to provide it, and also refused to give her a soft drink "refill" even though they were the same price--they insisted she would have to pay for another drink. If we had been told the truth in the beginning she would have gotten a soft drink with free refills. They obviously don't value customers or customer service. I will never darken their doors again.
After charging $2.50 for a glass of iced tea, they refused to give me a refill, saying they only gave refills on soda. When I asked if I could then have a soda, they said I would have to buy one. This was after we verified on purchase that we could get free refills.
Horrible. It was about 2am and there was a fat black girl taking order. I've never in my life seen anyone that ignorant. I am not going through details but these girls won't do anything to try to get a better job but they hate them self and everyone else because they are working at Macdonals. SMH
Employees slow and not very professional. One woman was trying to keep back clean and moving but her two helpers were one notch above usless. One young kid was on his phone while we were waiting in line. When he finally took our order, he couldn't hear us well, then I noticed he had ear buds in his ear. The food was good McDonald quality and restaurant was somewhat clean though more than half the chairs were up on the tables at 7:35 at night.
Intercom employee was nice and professional. She was very patient in taking my order. The food was really good in our opinion. At the pickup window, the guy gave me one Buffalo sauce after asking for some. I asked for about 2 to 3 more. Still gave me one, but that's beyond that point I guess.
Took me almost 25 min to order 2 items. The lady who took my order saw me standing there ready to order and didn't say a word just stood there like I was bothering her. She finally took my order and took 10 min for the simplest order. Drive thru customers are priority vs people ordering to go or dining in.
