Long wait time for basic menu items. Fries served warm. Lobby area was not clean. No supervisor present for a crew that was overwhelmed with the lobby crowd.
Ok went here close to 1 am. This McDonald's does state 24 hours. The young man who serviced me was very courteous you actually get 5 stars. The manager working that night, Lawd!I couldn't order the fish meal because they stop servicing that at a certain hour and I wanted a coffee even that was not being served at that hour. I suppose the manager was just tired that night....lol!
The place was dirty tables full of water and sodas with empty boxes on it. The wait time was more tha. Usual for a fast food establishment. My son's and I spend 45 min waiting for our meals. And the miss the cheese in 6 burgers. Not organization in thos establishment. The customer service was the worst.
I was just here. The guy.. I assume he’s the manager with the gray shirt. He’s very loud lol. Love it. Omg he was very sweet to the elderly people that came in! Customer service is Perfection.
What a DISASTER! Never mind everybody's walking around like the restaurant is not full is it because the manager is behaving the same way?I LOVE HOW THEY USE THE EXCUSE THAT THEY'RE SHORT STAFF. Other places are short staffed and is not this disastrous.
The girl that took my order was rude, very rude. The girl that gave me my food was incredible. About the nicest girl at McDonalds I have every met. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name
Worse place I have ever order food, am complaining because this is not the first time they mess up order, am always missing something. NOT A GOOD PLACE
Terrible service. drive thru was 30 plus minutes. You didn't know until you ordered they had no burgers. All they had was nuggets and certain drinks. We went at 2 a.m., but it was a 24 hour McDonald's. No burgers?? Weird
As a delivery driver, I depend upon quick and efficient service from those who produce the items I pick up. I have learned that this place is best avoided. Even on my delivery app, a warning concerning this place appears-- "Customers have reported wrong and/or missing items from this location." I have experienced excessively long delays in receiving orders from here, and recently, I could tell that they had forgotten my customer's beverage (even though the bag was sealed with stickers). When I returned to the drive-thru window to tell them about their omission, I was given bad attitude by the server as if it was my fault the drink wasn't there! The same server was at the window last night, and she again displayed that surly, bad attitude. She scowls as if she is always angry, and the simpleton who was behind her sat looking at her phone rather than being productive, regardless of the line of vehicles waiting for service! I have spoken with other delivery drivers, and we all agree that this particular McDonald's is one of the very worst in the area! I'm most certainly NOT "Lovin' it!"
It has been years since I’ve had a Filet-o-Fish but for some reason, had a craving tonight. Where’s the rest of it? For almost $10, it should still be at least the same size! This is for everyone who thought that $15/hr wouldn’t trickle down!
