Brand new, renovation service was good, but a little slow. Food was great!
Staff is disgustingly rude. I made an online order, they missed 2 sandwiches which is understandable mistakes happen. Went back in to reclaim it, then took about 20 minutes for a worker to attend me which the worker told me to “order correct next time” when I did order it correctly online. she also proceeds to make me wait about 30 minutes for Missing items. Even other customers were there as well being over charged and missing items.
Usually fast and friendly and My son loves their happy meals. Although, one time we went and bought 2 happy meals and neither one had a toy :(
After pulling up to Drive thru I ask the lady at the second window which had on a manager shirt could I have fresh nuggets I will get back in the Drive thru line, she said yes, so I rejoined the line, got home and Nuggets was dried out not Fresh, fries was cold the hold order was horrible, it’s sad how they will tell u anything just to make u feel happy and get home it u realized they lied straight to your face, gas is to high to drive all the way back to complain so Sad
Gabriel and another associates helped me when I called in to find a lost wireless headphone. Gabriel was extremely helpful and went out of his way to triple check and ended up finding it!!!! Thank you so much. This McDonald’s also has the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Food was fresh and how it should be. Thank you to the awesome staff members!
Went thru the drive thru. I was lucky to be the 3rd person in line. Everybody was nice. The presentation of my food there was better than the one in Hollywood.
There was a really, big line of cars at 12am in the Drive Thru when I arrived before heading to my hotel.At 1:50am when I finally was able to request my order & pull up to the Pay Window, the manager expressed to me that she had only 1 employee, plus herself cooking & preparing orders for the amazing line of cars that had been waiting almost two hours, but she also said that she called in another employee that she called her "sandwich maker" to help her lower the mega line of patient paytrons.She apologized 3 times for the wait, which I appreciated greatly.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Totally hit or miss. Sometimes the drive thru is fast, sometimes it takes 25 minutes. Sometimes staff is friendly, sometimes they act like your mere existence is an inconvenience. Often there are panhandlers who will approach your car in the drive thru or parking lot. Best bet is to order in the app and get the 20% discount that’s always in effect. Hours posted are never accurate, they are not 24/7.
I pulled up in the drive thru line 20min. Before they were supposed to close. Because they were taking so long to take peoples orders, by the time I got to the window it was 5min. Till closing, and the girl got on the drive thru speaker and said they are now closed. It was just frustrating that I waited in line all that time only to get to the ordering both and them stop taking orders before they were technically closed...
If you want to sit 45 minutes in a drive thru this is the place ! Call this place slow food, not fast food. I hate to be negative as I know employees don’t get paid the high wages but come on McDonald’s ! It’s not rocket science to have to wait more than 15 minutes to make a little order in drive thru at night. Put your car in park and turn off engine to save gasoline. This isn’t a one time incident but routine here. What a joke. Chick filA is ten times more efficient business model.
