This location is always busy in and out ,this location is in a fast pace location and they keep up with the flow,its very clean,the staff are all on point and they keep the place very sanitized after every customers very nice.
The service was lousy there's was a fly inside the cookie case when we got our order and got back to our hotel room the order was wrong. Does McDonald's have a lot of homeless people around the area it's right across the street from the bus depot and that's what I am going to come hang out on both sides of the street and be careful they do have security inside the business.
If I pay for lettuce, tomato and big Mac sauce, it should BE ON THE SANDWICH smh. I shouldnt have to check my sandwich before I'm rushing back to work on my lunch break. I eat tomato sandwiches by itself all the time , love tomatoes, so you can imagine my frustration when I got to work and saw none of the paid for tomatoes on my filet-o-fish sandwich. Yes...I am upset over tomatoes.
As I get older mcdonalds gets worse. It is what it is. If you're reading a review about mickey Ds you might just wanna eat at home.
THE WORST SMH I came to this location on my lunch break to eat. I placed my order then was parked for maybe 6 or 7 minutes. My order is brought out so I head back to work. I get back to work not only is my order incorrect but my food is cold as well as missing items. I completed the survey as well as called the location back to see what could be done no one answered after a few trys I finally got the voice-mail where I left a message no one has yet to contact me I reached out to the complaint line who stated someone would follow up with me and nothing it has been a week or so. I spend to much money at McDonald's to be treated/handled like this professionalism forget about it if I could give them a negative 5 that's exactly what they'll get
This particular location was quick getting me my food, despite how busy they were in the lobby area.
Don’t do it. There’s always a better option than McDonalds but there is no worse option than this McDonalds. They order stations don’t work, the surrounding area is unsafe, and all in all terrible experience.
I leave the McDonald in my area to visit this one. Wait time less than average. They take these orders and get the people out. Very respectful. Excellent teamwork!!
I go to this McDonald’s nearly everyday as it’s sits across from the bus station that I go to everyday. It’s tough to give a McDonald’s a review as it’s probably the largest most well known fast food player in the game what I can say is the service at this location is very quick and very good ??. Never have I had issues with the food and their ice cream machine seems to always be working as well! Another bonus is that there is a armed guard that stays at the location during the hours that inside is open which gives the location an extra safe feeling (which is nice considering their is small homeless population that lives right outside).
If you order uber eats from here the order will be wrong and your driver will have to wait 20 minutes minimum. The only one worse than this is the one on sunrise.
