We ate outside on the canal. It needs major improvement. Really dumpy! Looks more like a storage area for broken and unused stuff.
This is a small restaurant and the seating inside is tight. Luckily our table for 4 was off to the side. Outside seating is also an option but that is also tight and you are sitting pretty much right next to the sidewalk. A reservation is strongly recommended. Menu is diverse with a good selection of Italian favorites. I went with the Gnocchi which was ok. Some of the pieces were slightly undercooked but not worth sending back. The vodka sauce was good but very light in flavor. The spaghetti carbonara was also a bit off with no real flavor. The chicken and veal dishes were excellent which is sad as you would expect the pasta dishes to be the winners. Service was attentive but a little slow for a Sunday night but that seems to have become the norm after Covid. Would consider going back to try some of the other dishes if we were in the area but I doubt it will be the first choice on our list if we were driving somewhere specifically for dinnner.

The food and the staff were fantastic. It was so good that my wife wanted to go again the next night. It reminded me of Italian restaurants I went to growing up in Upstate New York.
Everytime I am in Fort Lauderdale I try to make it to Tuscan Grill!
