As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smiling face. We were given several samples. The ice cream flavors are delicious and not too sweet. The portions are a good size
Great service and the ice cream taste heavenly. Excellent value for money. The banana split is so good, and a wide variety of topping choices. I'm definitely going back. Met a customer from Atlanta that buys ice cream when ever she's here. Need I say more.
Really creamy exotic flavor ice creams that are not overly sweet. My favorite ice cream parlor on the planet! I tried the East Indian Mango flavor today and it was fantastic! This lady is extremely rude. I walk in she's sitting at a booth she eventually gets up goes behind the counter doing something on her phone after waiting I finally asked is there's anyone else that can serve me she said no she's the only one there. Then proceeded to tell me I should have walked in knowing what I want cause when she go to the patty shop she orders I'm like well they say good afternoon what can I help you with she said I could have said good afternoon. I in turn told her I'm not arguing with her. Got my ice cream and left. It's sad that one think it's ok to treat a person's business that way. I use to come very often and the previous persons had great customer service Even her when she first started. I love supporting small businesses especially when the product is good but her behavior is not called for. It's not the first I walk in there and they are seated at the booth and take awhile before addressing a customer.
After driving 15 minutes to get some good JA ice cream .I stepped inside and I said hello, she didn’t even glance at me, she continued doing what she was doing . Then after she was done she stood there with a attitude, that is very very poor customer service . Her attitude beats COVID , that’s how stink her customer service approach is . I think she needs to be in the back of the store where they make the ice cream , she doesn’t need to be in the front dealing with customers. The ice cream was good but that’s not good enough to let me come back .
My mom carried me to get ice cream from here and i really enjoyed it. it wasnt like regular ice cream that you would get at walmart or any grocery supply store. The customer service was quick and well done. the extraordinary flavors they have is so yummy.
Horrible customer service. Walked in the lady was on the phone and never greeted us. The words on those dollar store chalkboard stickers are barely noticeable to choose your flavor choose choices. so when my 10 year daughter accidentally choose a vegan ice cream this women through a fit when I asked her if we can choose something else. Just spent $18 on two ice creams and have to deal with unprofessionalism and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! She obviously called her superior to see what she should do and they told her to replace it. the second she got off the phone she started yelling at my daughter to “choose something NOW and that’s it ! cause she not going to get anything else !” How dare you point and yell at someone child over some ice cream. I ended up getting into a screaming match with this lady. I told her why are you making trouble when your boss just told you how to handle this situation. Her response was “ she don’t got no boss and she run this” which makes no sense cause if that was the case why you had to call. I drove 20 mins to support this Caribbean ice cream parlor when I can easily go to Dairy Queen not to far from my house. I will NEVER go back here and definitely won’t recommend to anyone as long as she sitting up there in the front having personal conversations on her cellphone and unwelcoming demeanor. Bad attitude. The place is actually very beautiful inside. Hate that me and my daughter first experience had to be so bad. Lady you selling ice cream lighten up.
The lady is extremely rude didn’t greet me when I walked in. She had another young lady laying in her lap while she sits there around the table… she had no idea I I entered the store I had to let my presence be known by saying “hello” she had a mean look on her face. I told her the flavor ice cream I wanted she then turn her back and proceeded to prepare the ice cream after she was finish packing the ice cream I asked her what’s the total she then stated the amount. I then went ahead and said to her I would like the 10% deducted from the bill. She then stated “ I would have to fill out a review before I got in the store” I told her that’s impossible for me to do because I hadn’t gotten a service prior… I write the review while she was preparing my ice cream…. I showed he my review and she wasn’t pleased with it, then she said “ I’m not giving you the 10% because of your review” love the ice cream I’ve been buying here for years! I will no longer purchase at the ft. Lauderdale branch!
Amazing customer service the young lady in the front was absolutely nice and so helpful. The ice cream is definitely worth every dollar and the brownies as well!!!
I love the homemade Ice Cream. They have grapenut (my favorite), Sorrell, Rum Rasin, Pistachio (another favorite), cookie dough, also Vegan options. The lce Cream is reasonable for the quality of the ice cream (as good as Kilwins but cheaper). You will not be disappointed.
