For many many years I enjoyed meals at Little reds, but it had been several years since I had been there prior to the pandemic of 2020, I tried them in December 2021 after the pandemic, the food had changed, the meat has nothing but smoke flavor to it (because that’s how they cook it,) but no seasoning whatsoever. I visited again July 2022 and the food is still bland, the red beans and rice are just boiled rice with canned beans over top of it, absolutely no season whatsoever, very bland. This is not country cooking.You should be able to eat a piece of meat without having to put barbecue sauce on it for flavor. there’s no flavor Like it used to be, the ribs the chicken the pork chop all of it,I’m going to have to give them a rest and not go there for a Few years, my wife and I agree,things have really changed the food is not the same.David

One of the best BBQ spots in Southeast Florida (Smokin' D's near Saint Augustine is amazing as well). Great tasting ribs and sauce and excellent service ! A real gem and neighborhood icon !
Went here tonight to ear based off the reviews. Our waitress was Katy and she was AMAZING! THE food was delicious and the place Is VERY CLEAN.WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK because of the way Katy made us feel and because the portions are a nice size and the food was great!
Some of the best food I have had in Florida. The ribs were unbelievable good. Tasty, moist , meaty and tender. Would eat there every week if I lived nearby.
Same great ribs for 20 years, when in town I always make a point of eating there and taking a couple of pounds home. I love the moist corn and pepper muffin and collard greens but lots of other traditional sides.I would give 5 stars if they didnt use so much plastic and styrofoam.
Quick service. Ribs were delicious. Average price range. Near a few hotels so walkable distance from Best Western and Holiday Inn
The homie restaurant was spot on. Food was great. I ordered the ribs and shrimp, with collard greens and green beans. Ribs were very flavorful and shrimp was plump, juicy and grilled to perfection. Our server Vondelynn was amazing!!! A must visit for great BBQ.
this Fort Lauderdale landmark has great food and great service at a great price. favorite item on the menu has always been their spinach salad!
