Thought I was going to wait long, but it was reasonable. The waitress was very attentive and took care of our needs. Ambiance of the place is nice. Food came out hot with generous portions. No frills, simple menu, tasty diner food. Can’t ask for anything else. Parking lot outside off of the main strip.
Lester’s is an institution, and one of the best diners in South Florida. Amazing breakfast. The best pancakes around. Classic diner food with great burgers and sandwiches too. Good hot coffee and homemade desserts.
Amazing food.. I thought I’d give it a try and didn’t know what to expect. Ordered a meat lasagna and it was absolutely delicious followed by a carrot cake. I’d say it’s the best I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this place :)
Best diner in town this is my first time here love the waiter she makes it feel like you with friends funny as hell but come at night that when she works ?

I went there for birthday lunch with my friend Ruth and we were amazed how packed the place was and how long the menu. It is a mix of different cuisines. I tried the Greek trio and my friend had a sandwich. We were both very happy with the food and service. Our waitress was very very friendly and full of good suggestions. She told my friend to order the banana creme pie as it had real bananas unlike the other options.
The stuff was so kind and friendly. The food was fresh and very good taste.We had a great time. A bit to cold inside but with jacket no problem.
Waitress (Spanish lady and I forgot to get her name) was absolutely terribly rude this morning. When I asked her for more napkins and Splenda, her response was, "when I get a chance." Meanwhile, she goes to the back, comes out and goes to take another order, and still doesn't bring what I asked for. When I said something to her, she got so freaking rude and with the facial expression, omg!! I couldn't believe it and don't know who she thought she was talking to. I'm not her child and don't know her from Adam! Even though the food was great, service was terrible and will never recommend you to anyone!! WOW
We walked over from the Holiday Inn for our jetlag dinner - the overall rating possibly could have been better but my stomach was not really awake i think! We had a Quinoa salad which was definitely substantial and filled with goodness and freshness. The eggplant moussaka had lots of eggplant but the potato topping tasted like more flour and not enough potato - I personally like my potato toppings a little more "rough" & not so smooth but again, that's a personal preference. The accompanying Greek salad was one of the best I've had in awhile too! Service was excellent and we should try this diner again one day when not jetlagged! The menu is extensive and sure to please everyone in the family!
Lester's diner has been here forever serving breakfast 24 hours a day. Huge menu offering Greek specialties plus traditional diner fare. My wife had the LESTER’S RANCH,2 Eggs cooked any style, served with home fries and toast. I tried the GYRO PLATTER, Gyro, grilled pita and tzatziki, served with seasoned French fries. served with soup or house salad. I opted for a side geek salad with a minimal upcharge.
