this bar is incredible!! my family and i stayed at the hotel connected to the bar and we were here almost everyday. everyone working is absolutely amazing and i cannot wait to come back. they treated us almost like family and i couldn’t ask for anything more. i can’t wait to bring more of my friends down and have a blast!! 1000% recommend!

Hidden gem! This charming poolside restaurant and bar is my new go-to hangout spot. The food is *incredible* - real Spanish cuisine in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale! - and the drink specials are great. There is decent parking and a fun but chill vibe. A place where locals and tourists can both have a good time.
AWESOME drinks and yummy food either to chill by the pool with or go out on a date night. I will be frequenting this spot for the rest of my time in south Florida. A very special Fort Lauderdale gem that hosts locals and out of towners ! Order the blueberry margarita and the roasted mushrooms :)

*UPDATE* tried the stuffed mushrooms and so very yummy!! So I have been here a few times after work, which is pretty late, so I haven’t had a chance to try out the food yet. But I usually come and have a drink and the vibes are awesome, Javi and the other gentlemen are awesome. I went last night by myself and they were talking with me and making me feel at home. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants a nice little getaway, they even have bungalows with lights and music, perfect for couples wanting a romantic evening to themselves.
This is my favorite local spot! Staff is the absolute best and friendliest and the food is delicious and authentic with a spectacular selection of Spanish wines, beers and craft cocktails. Every that goes there becomes new friends. Can’t say enough about La Villa Tapas.
