Guilty pleasures will no go unseen. The superior quality that is provided by the staff over the decades. Deserves such detail attention.The staff is always happy making sure the client is rewarded for shopping at krispy kreme. The legacy will live on forever. Through my kids and thier kids krispy kreme will always bring out the best inside you.Here are some of my favorites and my wifes favorite doughnuts. You can pick on many styles of doughnuts.My favorite favorite doughnut is the boston kreme. Rich in chocolate and stacked with delicious kreme. I truly love krispy kreme as a child, and purely as an adult.Thank you krispy kreme for allowing to be happy and smiling through out good times and the perfect times. The guy at the window with the chipped tooth has the nastiest attitude.. seems like he hates his job and should quit.. I went inside and the new guy seems much nicer but doesn't know a single thing.I also noticed it wasn't very clean inside so I'm actually happy I didn't spend any money there.
Very disappointed with drive thru service. We went to take advantage of their promotion to purchase 1 dozen donuts for the price of a gallon of gas. However when we got to the window to pay the employee asked if we had a receipt, I did not. He said go get one at the Wawa next door and return with a receipt. When I can back a different employee said that promotion was only good on Wednesday. We promptly drove away and went to Dunkin.
2 different times I have placed a order online. I get to the store and no one is there. It’s always closed and I’m left waiting or this time, no service at all. I paid for the order online and it was suppose to be ready at 6:15. No one is even at the store. This will be the last time I go to this store. It was convenient on my way to work and feed my team, but just a waste of time. Poor service and management.
This is literally the dirtiest Krispy Kreme Ive ever seen. I wanted to go because I'm Puerto Rico the Krispy Kremes are so nice and the donut selection is good and they're tasty. Apparently not in FL. Their donuts aren't bad but the store is so dirty and they never have like half of their selections.
Gotta love fresh Krispy Kreme donuts. Lots of options. Worth checking out if you've never been to one.
These people were so rude. I witnessed a young man who said he was autistic ask the worker if she wanted to buy his sunglasses for ten dollars. The worker said let me try them then proceeded to go to the office in back and then return to work station. Not saying a single word to him. He begged for his glasses back and they all told him they weren't sure what he was talking about. It was disgusting. He went outside and yelled at the drive thru window and the manager held a can of mace in window and all the workers chuckled. I left in a fury. God bless that young man.
I came here on a Tuesday morning before work (through the drive-thru) and ordered 10 donut holes & an iced latte (and asked that they go light on the milk). I pull up to the window, pay & I'm given a HOT latte. I point that out & ask that it pls be remade. A man eventually brings a cup to the window that looks like iced milk, with hardly a hint of coffee in it. I say "excuse me, I asked for light milk." He immediately says "It's a latte. It has milk in it." I repeat myself & he turns his back and tells the cashier that I am difficult and "give that lady her money back". This man's name was Rocky & was completely rude and dismissive. The don't holes were also stale. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. ??
I visited this location today to grab a dozen donuts for my hotel team. The lady at the drive thru refused to complete my order because I only had a $50. I guess Krispy Kreme is not organized enough to have enough change on hand for customers. I purchased my dozen donuts from Dunkin...I guess America DOES RUN on DUNKIN!!!!
After reading reviews almost go to a different one.tank God i didnt...my experience was above and beyond...very pleasant lady, extra clean tables,her cuatpmer service akills to the max.ill be going back there.
