Just left there and Service was rude. They weren’t busy at all but became impatient because I was taking some time looking at the menu. While looking, someone working there said “You know there’s a menu you can look at inside.” So I ordered something fast. When we paid, they just gave us the food without saying a word. No thank you or anything. On top of that, the food I ordered was dry. I didn’t get their names but what terrible customer service.
I bought some chicken there on Friday July 1st, 2022, and I ended up in the hospital later that day for food poisoning. Never going to any KFC again.

Some of the staff here are very polite and patient. Some, could be transferred to another branch. Food was good and environment clean

My brother - often goes thru Drive-In .. and more often than not gets home - it's incomplete or wrong. Last week it was someone else's order. He ate it because going back wasn't an option. He went thru again this evening just after 6. Told the cashier just for their info. After the conversation - gets home .. it's missing a side. This man is a construction worker, big guy, tired. Said I would post a complaint and was not surprised that other customers are having same problem. Their site has a post open for Manager. I hope they read the site's reviews so they can target the problems - problems more serious than a wrong order. I will never go there again and hopefully brother won't either. Service was good, but the chicken was way overcooked, white me like eating shoe leather. Not going back.
Grilled chicken and green beans are A-OK by me
