Worst KFC experience of my life!!! I got the new "featured person" meal. The sandwich did not have a chicken breast as advertised?! It was just 2 chicken tenders on a bun. Huge fail!!! And they also forgot to provide the dipping sauce for the fries. Not going to visit this location ever again.... and reported to corporate office.

Hell on earth. This has to be the worst most inefficient Kentucky Fried chicken on the earth. Every single time we go there we wait 15 to 20 minutes at the counter and we are completely ignored. The drive-through however is booming because that’s all they do is focus on the people in the drive-through lane. Run as fast as far as you can from this location

Stopped here for lunch & immediately changed my mind. Homeless people by the door drinking beer begging for money and a dirty grocery cart full of trash as soon as you enter. There was another homeless person sleeping inside at booth.
Drive thru was not crowded. But Did have to drive around front to wait for my order but the order was correct and not missing anything...thank you Jesus.
2 stars because... I walked in, waited to be serviced and when someone came along it was, "what yall ordering" no hello no greetings nothing... and to top it off I didn't receive the receipt nor asked for it and when my food was ready it was just placed carelessly on the counter anyone could have picked it up. Maybe someone was having a bad day but.... excuses don't excuse.
The Chicken is PERFECT ...BUT some of the Employees are tired,and o witnessed the Employees walk out the job and at around that time the store became crowded and the Manager got # Flabagasted # and she started to serve the Recent Customers versus those whom were waiting for their orders until I started to scream at her and then she had the audacity to tell me that she forgot my order,and I told her that she needed to give me an extra piece of Chicken,which she gave me 2 Pieces...SHUH MON .
