Horrible. Placed order here and 45 minutes later they told me my order was made but they didn’t have a driver so my food never showed up. Call then canceled and was told I would get a refund
Worst place to order do not order from this place they never send the correct items always missing something and have the nerve to charge for an extra delivery fee if they have to complete order and definitely needs new management there service extra bad.
The food was pretty good. Nothing special. Meal costed around $11. Vito Sub + whole pickle.
Listen up new customers disregard in-store posted prices. According to employee David the prices have increased. I ordered a turkey giant with cheese and was told that the total price was $17.89, from a posted price of $13.89. David was pleasant, informative, and professional and made the experience of the price increase painless. His co-worker J.D. was the employee that actually made the sandwich and he was pleasant, informative, funny and professional as well. J.D. said that he was making my sandwich with Love. Im in that area 3 times a week and if I want a sandwich I will be going to this location because of my first time experience with David and J.D. Thank You Jimmy Johns for these 2 specific employees. Awesome staff at this location! The guy David made our sammiches and was very knowledgeable about the options I wasn't even aware we could add so many things! Def would recommend this store to friends.
I paid $9.07 for a cubano sandwich and only the sandwich..im going home thinking i got a great sandwich because of how expensive it was and wow was i disappointed!!! Nothing inside it!! It was worth $2 if that! The nerve they have charging me for a flat sandwich with 3 deli slices and a pickle slice I will never waste my money there again!!! What a disgrace!!
Not fast at all over an hour wait when location is three minutes away. Bread soggy and dripping. Ordered sweet tea and received a soda. No biggie if you can drink soda but I cannot. I called asking for something pr just to let them know. I was told a $3 credit can be placed on an in-store order. I order through an app now like most people. The customer service isn’t there.
Consistently good sandwiches. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fast & fresh as always.
Good sandwich store with relatively easy online ordering and lots of options. The tuna un-which is a good choice. Kettle chips are tasty too.
What is skimpy thin sandwich I got today!! Very very sparse on the fixings $11 for bread they weren’t even generous with the oil and vinegar
