1. Super expensive for a sandwich, almost $20 for a large.2. The store is less than 2 mi away, and takes about 5 minutes to drive, but they don't deliver. Why? Because there's another store closer to me, but that one is closed on Sundays, this store flat out will not deliver, and they are kind of rude about it. Not cool for a place that prides itself on delivery.3. That being said, when they do deliver, and even though it's expensive, it's usually pretty fast. Take that away, and they have absolutely nothing that sets them apart except for their high prices and okay at best sandwiches.4. Wholeheartedly do not recommend. There are better, cheaper, faster, and more respectful establishments, plenty of them in fact, try one of those instead.UPDATE: received a response, but it just says to leave a comment on their web page, already did that, no response. Poor customer service continues. More problems, no solution.
While I was ordering the sandwich makers (black light skin big male) phone fell onto the tomatoes container. They laughed. I left. Disgusting

Good food, good price, strange / unprofessional employee taking my order.The Woman looked annoyed that I even ordered food, then she reached out to give me a receipt and literally held onto it tighter when I tried to take it... for like 8 seconds.... looked right at me... and sarcastically said have a good day.I’ll eat here again because it tastes good, hopefully I don’t get the same cashier.
First off, i love JJ's. The customer service is lacking at this location though. I will never order delivery from them again, completely screwed up my $40 order, all sandwich orders were messed up. Put condiments on one order that wasnt wanted, forgot avocado on one and put it on one that wasnt wanted, forgot bacon on 2. The last 2 x's we did order for pickup, the register person was really rude to my husband....maybe its just him.
I wanted a refund and after almost 3hrs I was brought an envelope with $8.25 when my ticket as $27.92!!! I wanted to be charged for the Cuban sandwich and drinks. But that was insanely disrespectful... $8??? And Nikki has a nasty attitude . I called back and she was laughing and scoffing telling me she would give me a credit since she sees I ordered there before and I told her no thanks I will NEVER order there again and she proceeded to have a nasty attitude after I said I would contact corporate and told me they would just call them back and tell them to handle it. . Insinuating calling would make it worse. Sure hope she isn't management.**UPDATE**Response to the owner.. I saw your response and went to that link and submitted the feedback like you asked me to right away, and unfortunately.. it has been 2 weeks now and i still havent even recieved my refund! Like whoa! They are theives there at that location. I want my money.
Food is great but the wait on last Saturday sadly was like two hours for delivery
Drivers are rude and speed down the road almost hitting Me and my wife.The staff in the store are very unprofessional.The lady handing me my sandwiches just tossed them on the count and the tables was so dirty. I asked the guy if he can clean the table l. He responded with its not my problem it's dirty do it your self. Rather go to subway next time
