Very busy location, but gets you in and out quickly and with the order being right. They went as far as stopping me as I was walking out the door because they forgot to put something in my bag. Thank you for going above and beyond! Delicious sandwich as well!
Very very very disappointed for the service and the unjustified delays....... what a disappointment after so long of being a loyal customer. Don’t recommend to order food and pick it up later. Besides the delay I never received 100% of my order they charged me for……….ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PREORDER BEFORE MOVING OUT.
The place is always busy. I love the cheesesteak , but I saw at least ten cold subs in front of mine.
They were sooo busy, so I understand mistakes happen but I got reemed out for delivering an Uber eats pickup order that wasn't fully packed. There was two drinks missing and the wrong chips.
Really good sandwich. Pricey and took a little long to come out, but was worth the wait.
I pre-ordered a sub about an hour in advance since I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I got there at the time my order was supposed to be ready and told them my name at the pick up counter. The employee said 'let me go look for it', walked away and then began helping others without saying another word to me. I waited for 10 minutes and then asked if he knew how much longer it would be, I wasn't argumentative, I was just asking since I had only 15 minutes left of break and still had to eat and get back to work. He said they're working on it I should learn some patience ...... I was never rude, never argued, and ordered in ADVANCE, because I didn't want to WAIT, and not be able to eat on my break. If I had 15 minutes to stand around I would have stood in line and ordered instead of ordering an hour beforehand. The food wasn't even that good and they put onions on it which was not requested. Bad attitude, poor costumer service, low quality food. That was my first time eating there and my last. I will NEVER eat there again.
Order ahead, showed up on time order wasn't ready and no ambition to get me out the door, employee make it feel like they don't want to be there.
Food was wonderful, the bread was fresh. Menu is decent and their prices are fair. Location is always professional.
I ordered #16 Mikes Chichen Philly and when I got home its was a the steak. When I retuned the stack I got no apology. No compensation for my ride back and forth to the store. Won't be coming back to this store.
Ordered thru the App. The sandwich was delivered and the instructions were not followed - making the sandwich inedible. I called the store and they were rude and refused to help and said I could deal with the manager in the morning.
