The day before yesterday, I stopped in this business to let them know that in my opinion, they get 5 stars. I had previously gone in there to get something to eat before work, as a first time customer. They get it right. Cleanliness, great service and an extremely high level of care re: the food handling for the customer. I spoke with the manager to tell her my opinions and compared them to the surrounding businesses that also handle food; that drop the ball. The manager is super and I told her of my experience as I watched everything and her working as I waited/watched for my food order. Way to go and thank you. The bagel place, the pizza place, and the sub sandwich place surrounding Jamba Juice have serious cross-contamination issues.
Worst experience. None of the employees that were on the clock could answer the question of if they could sell me a fruit cup with strawberries and blueberries instead of the kids blast so they asked an off the clock employee that was just coming through on her day off and she said they couldn’t because there wasn’t a button for a fruit cup. All this while I’m standing there with my one year who just wanted some fresh fruit and not the yogurt or the frozen drink. All I needed was 10 blueberries and a cut up strawberry. Blows my mind. She also said that the reason they couldn’t do that is if they did it there and I went to a different one, they wouldn’t be able to do it. Well don’t worry not only will I not be going to another one, I won’t ever go to this one….EVER!

I went here few days ago and I ordered a açaí bowl but all the fruit tasted really bad. They were old, I’m so disappointed. I would not recommend this place.
Staff, please mention when it is $5 Tuesday instead of making customers pay more money for a SMALLER sized drink. Makes no sense... I know you guys don’t care because it’s not your money but put some effort. As customers...we pay your salary. Remember that.
This is my favorite joint to hit when it's hot down in Florida. A great way to get a brain freeze, my last brain freeze turned my hair purple, just kidding. They are a little pricey on their beverages but they use the finest ingredients, and they are worth every penny. If you download their app you get points and discounts on purchases. Worth a visit if you've never had a JAMBA before. The flavors do a little dance on your taste buds. Jamba low- Jamba high!
Great smoothies, the prices are a little high but they do have a reward system that gives discounts through the app. The smoothies are delicious and the staff is friendly.
