I dined in at the ihop located on 3101 W Oakland Park Fl 33311 on May 30, 2022. It was around 11:00am. My bill was $39.06 in which I paid exactly that with my debit card. I chose to give a cash tip. The tip was only $2.00 because this was all of the cash that I had on my persons. On June 1st at 8:41am I received an update from my bank stating the bill was adjusted for a additional $10.00. Totaling the charge to $49.06. This was an illegal and unauthorized charged, that was added by an employee of the establishment.I’ve contacted the BBB and since the establishment responded stating that the $10 was returned to me in person. In which is untrue. It’s not the $10, it’s more about principal and honesty. I hope others aren’t affected by this act of thievery.

Every single time I order through doordash and choose 2 fried over hard eggs I ALWAYS receive my order with scrambled eggs. The cook should know what fried over hard means. I order from here a lot and I have to call the store to let them know “please fried eggs not scrambled”. It’s ridiculous. If I had the opportunity to change the ihop location on the app I would but it’s because I live closest to this location that it only shows this one. I absolutely hate that I don’t get what I pay for ever. I shouldn’t have to keep calling the store to get it correct. They also don’t answer the phone at night so I’d have to settle with the scrambled eggs if I’m ordering at night. Complete inconvenience.
Food was good if it was put into the kitchen the rite way nothing come out at the same time and it was all cold ... On top of that we didn't even get what we had ordered on top of that never would have thought eggs and pancakes for two would be 46 dollars without a tip never again never again even if it was free
Not pleased with the service. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and the restaurant wasn't even busy. The establishment wasn't very clean and the food was disappointing. Will not be going back to this location.
No air conditioningLong wait time on a Monday morning tables were available but staff were not cleaning them, All staff seemed more taken up with the pick up orders than dine in. Ordered steak meal medium rare it came well done. Took long to get beverages on table. Overall food was good. They had no avocado although on the menu. Staff were loud when conversing with each work related and otherwise, this affected overall ambiance negatively.
The food was fine. Breakfast and lunch were good. I wished my server was better. Didn't write down the order and came back twice to verify the order. And then spent more time talking to another customer and didn't bother to ask if we needed refills. We had to get her attention and request refills

If I could give less than 1 ⭐ I would! They had nothing and the service was TRASH! When we FINALLY got something (because they were out of EVERYTHING, the food looked horrible. We didn't eat it and left immediately.Not to mention there were other customers recording us and calling us out if our names. This was the worst IHOP I've ever visited!
Service was horrible! Worst experience ever! Need training, by experience trainee in customer service! Ran out of onions, didn't bring syrup for pancakes, had to ask for syrup, forgot the toast for my breakfast, had to ask and when I did said it would take a few minutes. When the toast finally came my breakfast was almost over. Computer broke down and had to wait at least ten minutes. Before paying our bill , then they had to add it up in their heads to give us a total.
