The business advertised online and at the address, “open until 4:30”. Yet, after driving 45 minutes to get to the restaurant, and arriving at 4:03, they were CLOSED! Not cool!!!! It’s obvious to your customers of several decades, you’re DONE. So, retire or sell, and move to Arizona
A little bit of a way but it was worth the wait. I am from Brooklyn, New York and I have to say the burger was great and the chili and cheese dog was unbelievable and the chili and cheese fries highly recommend this place for out of towners and the service was great. Didn't make you stay inside. They bring your food outside and they call your name. Highly recommend this place
This is a small business with an even smaller parking lot. We wanted to try it out because I love hotdogs and there was a crowd outside the first time we passed it. The crowd is because you only go inside to order then wait outside for your food. And wait you will. There were maybe 2 orders ahead of us and we waited a good 15-20 minutes. The 2 people behind the counter - one pleasant, doing the cooking and the other not so pleasant, because I guess she was doing a good portion of the work and running inside and outside. I ordered the Chicago style dog, which has mustard, onions, relish, tomato, peppers (they're hot and I immediately picked mine out) pickles and relish. My daughter ordered a plain one, plus an order of cheese fries. The only person that was ok with what he ate was my husband, who had only the cheese fries. The hotdogs were terrible. Did I mention that I love hotdogs? All brands and sizes. In many, many different states. These are tough! How can a hotdog be tough? My daughter ate maybe half of hers, only because she was hungry. For being a hot dog stand, it was so disappointing.
First time going here because I always see this place when I’m driving by I went in to look at the menu because I didn’t know what was on there old lady and old man was very rude rushing me telling me to hurry up and get out bad customer service small amount of food for the price but food was nice and fresh don’t know if they had a bad day or just some racist people they were only rude to me and nice to other customers

Really great hot dogs. I loved my chili cheese dog and Chicago dog. My highlight was definitely my chili dog. It was great because I could choose between American, cheddar, or Swiss cheese. Of course I was in a cheddar cheese kind of mood. Really efficient and quick service. Definitely a great place for a quick bite. A little more than I would like to pay for a hot dog, but the taste is good.
Hot Dog Heaven specializes in the real Chicago-style hot dog, complete with neon green relish. The hot dogs were delicious, and served on a steamed bun covered in poppy seeds. You can customize your toppings to your personal preference. The staff was professional and courteous. There was no indoor dining at this time, but they have tables out front. A gentleman who sat at our table, a local, also raved about their coleslaw. A great place to grab a quick, satisfying lunch.
Definitely not your run-of-the-mill hot dog spot. I've had the pleasure of going on a couple of occasions and tried several different dogs and sausages. Chicago-style dogs may not be everyone's thing, but you can still get a "plain-old" hot dog; I wasn't too crazy about the chili dog, but the Polish sausage was on point. One thing's for sure, the buns and toppings are always fresh, and the dogs and sausages are cooked perfectly; the lunch time wait is a testament to the Heavens quality. My go-to in Ft. Lauderdale for a great dog!
I had a $12 order they have me bread with poppy seeds which I can't eat I'm in recovery they wanted to charge me $.80 for a piece of bread so that got them this review I can only tell that they 100%
The Superdog Chicago-style is a great addition to Chicago dog fare. Being from Chicago it fits perfectly to balance what is normally a lot of condiments on a tiny hot dog. Often times the dog itself is buried in condiments and the Superdog, being quite jumbo, is still the star of the show here with the condiments complimenting it perfectly. The pickle spears were very thin slices of more of a younger pickled cucumber which also woke up the traditional Chicago dog...we'll definitely be back.Nicely done!
