The best thing about this Hooters is the location. Our party of 4 waited at least 15 minutes for our server to even acknowledge our presence, we ordered 2 beers, a margarita & 4 waters. She brought out the waters in her arms with the glasses against her skin (I’m sure this is a health code violation along with just being gross).The table next to us was turned twice while we we’re waiting for our food (we were at the restaurant for 1 he 45 minutes). Nothing special literally wings, salad, & fries. We had to ask our waitress to refill our drinks and when she brought them she walked the to the table one by one. Does Hooters not have trays anymore? Is that the latest casualty of the supply chain crisis? My husband’s wings were not hot when they finally made it to the table. When he mentioned it the waitress she said “I brought them out when they gave them to me” at this point we knew trying to get the order right would take the rest of the night. All of the food was just ok. The taste wasn’t like other Hooters locations and we have been to many across the US and abroad. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location but corporate needs to get involved, this location is NOT on par with other locations, this was the worst Hooters experience EVER.

I get it, and I like it. You don’t get it your way, you get it their way. If you can’t handle that then this place isn’t for you. Be open minded and appreciate a private owned business for as long as they’ve been open and you’ll give them 5 stars too.
Very disappointed with the service, quality of food and drinks and attention. Hair in the cocktail - no apology. As locals, we won't go back. My first thought was that they're understaffed, or it's super busy for the staff to handle. But I saw 6 of them chatting at the front area, not even noticing us. I guess this location serves the tourists that won't go back anyway, so they don't really care.
Came to this location on the weekend of my 21st birthday with my friend . I loved it + the food was bomb I had the buffalo shrimp and loaded tatter tots .The bartender Grace was very nice and gorgeous. I will be back and she made our drinks on point .
Food is good as any other Hooters in the nation, but service is definitely below average in this location. Took about 30 minutes to get a fried pickles...French fries order for our son was not placed when asked, probably took an hour. Did not have fish and tips...looks like due to the high volume of tourists service expectation is lower for this location.
For being a franchise chain, I could say that I will not be coming back to Hooters, especially this location. Maybe our server was new, or maybe she didn't care, but it was more important to clean a table of people whom left, then to fill drinks to a table that had empty drinks. Ordered the Hooters Original wing hot, ended up with mild naked. Ordered pretzel as an appetizer, for them to come out after my wings. The service was subpar as well as the food. I guess I will take my wife and I to spend our money at Lulu's Bait Shack which is 10ft away for better food and service.

Waitress Kimberly was very sweet and attentive, we ordered 10 medium boneless wings with curly fries to share the fries were really good but the tenders were undercooked and slimy. An hour later my boyfriend felt sick to his stomach and threw up all the boneless wings and said they weren’t cooked right. He got food poisoning from the boneless wings.
I been here 2 times my first time it was perfect the staff was really nice and it was a big group.The second time was bad the staff roshanda took more than 28 minutes to bring the drinks and every time we askew for something she would act annoyed. And when we finished the chicken wings she brought the dressing for the wings.
