These people are truly so polite. Everything is always consistently good and you can tell they genuinely enjoy the restaurant business. Takeout orders are always packed very well and there is never an incorrect order or delay.
I go here often for either the lunch or happy hour specials and get my favorite rolls along with a nice soup or salad for a great deal. Very reasonably prices and kept clean. The other day I tried veggieTom Yum soup and it was excellent. Not to mention the staff is so friendly and attentive for service. Thank you!
I left a 5star review on my other account, I've read some of the other reviews and the answers you gave.... I'm a chef and your black tuna is from your tuna being Oxidized as in sitting to long before using..... and overall quality interms of sushi has gone down... the shrimp tempura and lobster tempura has drastically gone down in quality.... to the point we no longer order them, little to no shrimp or lobster just tempura crunch with bad taste and the reasons you gave me at the restaurant were insulting considering I've been eating here for the last 10 years.... it's obvious you guys started using frozen product instead of fresh.... last few times i ordered lobster roll and dragon rolls have been horrible and the brown rice has been consistently hard and almost not edible. Your actual cooked food has still been good ?
I have ordered delivery from here at least 30 times and eaten in at least 10 times over the past two years. The food is progressively getting worse. Maybe it is the supply chain shortages. Today I got my order and my tuna avocado roll is clearly rotten. Black tuna. How this ever left this establishment is beyond me. This is the second or third time I’ve had an issue with bad fish. At this point I’m not going to order from here again
Me and my Girl friend are a regular go about once every week or 2 over the last couple years. There happy hour for foods definitely get your monies worth, and everything else on the menu is amazing... great service good atmosphere. Only thing negative or needs improvement is getting rid of the masks on the servers ? ? masks don't do anything
By far one of the best. Lovely atmosphere. Great service. We will definitely go back and recommend.
So disappointed in this place. A homeless person came in with money to buy food. I was told they won’t wait on her because she wouldn’t tip. I was going to buy her dinner and I did so they fed here. Having lived in the Asian culture I was a bit surprised as they respect elders about all else. She was clean and tidy and well spoken. Had I not committed to pay for this lady’s food I would have left. I have eaten here for my last time.
Family outing and I must say, we had a ton of fun. Started with Tum yum soup, smelt a little fishy and decided not to eat.Pad tai was delicious, definitely recommend. Not sure if it was our sushi choice, but it was flooded with sauce.Service was excellent and they really go above and beyond to accommodate.
They have amazing sushi and the pad Thai is delicious. Great sake choices. I’ve been here several times and it never disappoints
