Went for breakfast with my family. Ordered food for all of us and my food came cold and incomplete. Waitress never came back until it was time to pay (food was delivered by other staff). She didn't even bring my coffee until after I got my meal. When I expressed my overall experience with cold food etc. She said that she was ok with the complaint because it wasn't her fault then proceeded to take my payment with the added 20% auto-gratuity... Very disappointed overall with service, quality and ability to correct a very big wrong.

Nothing Grand about the Grand Cafe. This was my second visit to the Grand Cafe. The cafe had about six tables occupied. My wife and I ordered two coffees and two breakfast specials. We were enjoying the outdoor ambiance. After 20 minutes, the waitress asked us if we were ready to pay our bill.I thought she was pranking us, or I was in the Twilight Zone.We never received our food. The restaurant was not busy, and waitress was not apologetic, she did not send over a manager, and she did not offer to say no charge for the coffees. Also, they do not tell you that a gratuity is automatically added to your coffees. The way the staff handled us, simply says horrible customer service. We will never return to this restaurant. If I want breakfast before shopping at the Grove Supermarket, I will go to Kosher Dunkin Donuts which is a few blocks away.

We used to come here once a week. We like the food and there is a big outside sitting area which is great , but last time when we came the music was so loud that we couldn’t hear ourselves. When we asked to lower it they said the owner does not allowed them to lower it and it’s a cafe so it’s part of the atmosphere. If I need to scream in order to hear my self and my company then it’s defiantly not a relax place to come to and enjoy the food. Unfortunately I will not come here again.

The restaurant is great.. Nice little seating area outside. However, my husband's waffle came cold. we asked if there was a way they could warm it up and when it came back it was barely warm. I got I think it was called the salmon omlette, in the picture it shows an omelette type egg on the bottom a few pieces of sliced salmon and some raw Onion and capers so I ordered that and it came with the salmon and cooked onions inside which gives it a completely different taste so I asked if I could have it The way it's shown in the picture. The omelette on the bottom the sliced salmon with raw onion and capers on top? So he takes it back, takes the salmon and cooked onions from the inside of the omelet and puts it on top and then brings it back (then brings me the cream cheese that was not originally given that I had to ask for. ) Beware that they also automatically add 20% THEN and then have an option on their little computer for you to add additional but they don't tell you that they add the 20% so keep your eyes open. Our specific waitress was very nice but I will never go back

The food was just ok. Not much flavor. Don’t like that the put the tip on the bill and then expect a personal tip on top of it. After I paid and had my Receipt a different server asked me to pay again , like I was running out on the bill as I was leaving. No way will I ever return here . Overpriced cheesecake $11.95 ( who charges this craziness ). Don’t bother with this place.

This is the perfect little brunch spot. I've been eating here for years. The menu is full of delicious and unique dishes that you don't see in other places. You can find most things from breakfast to dinner all in one place. There's even a special pizza menu. I really enjoy the bagel sandwiches that they offer. I've never seen bagels so light and flakey. Then they toast them in the panini press to make your sandwich. I love it. Most of the options here are light and more on the healthy side but you can substitute a salad for french fries if you prefer. Go early to avoid a wait for a table. It's no secret the food is great.

So accommodating! I called to reserve for a large party the day of, and they were able to. The service was great. The cappuccino is very good. My favorite is the tuna o lay, a middle Eastern version of the tuna melt and so much better.

Some of the dishes are really delicious. However the service isn't great. They charge me extra $3 for feta cheese which I have no problem with but then barely sprinkled any into my sandwich which is ridiculous. My husband asked for his toast to be heated up and didn't get it back. Over 30 minutes later still didn't get the toast and the breakfast dish was freezing. Either way the scrambled eggs I make at home are better than at this place. If you plan on going here I'd get the mushroom "truffle"less pizza and the tuna poke bowl are great. But prepare yourself to repeat yourself several times and to have extra patience with the waiters. Not the greatest service and most of the food is okay some dishes are good. I guess they don't have standards since there aren't many kosher restaurants as competition ?

The worst veggie burger I ever had! Everything was extremely dry, only two pickles inside and no flavor to the burger itself.
