I'm not sure how you can mess up a pastrami sub. But firehouse figured it out. Awful bread barely any meat. No flavor. The staff was nice butI should walked over to Publix and got a way better sub. Avoid this place at all cost. It makes subway look top tier
I was the second in line but my order took 20 minutes. I ordered a turkey sub and received a pastrami sub, incredibly salty. The "medium" sub was tiny, mostly bread and little meat for $8.99. You could get four times the sub at Publix for the same price. The restaurant was dirty with spilled food and left over containers on most of the tables. The staff appeared to be a in a daze, apparently un-supervised.
We had plans today to go boating around Fort Lauderdale and stop at the Sand Bar. We thought subs might be the way to go for eating lunch. Stopped by Firehouse Subs and ordered their most popular sub, the Hook and Ladder. Well, it turned out to be very messy eating as the sub did not stay put together very well. Luckily we had some paper towels on board. We are sad to report that the sub only tasted "ok". Nothing to write home about. It was on the bland side and the ingredients didn't mix well.Parking was easy in front of the shop. There is dining in as well as outside. You order up at the counter. I doubt we will be back, sorry to say.
Ordered food and was suppose to be done by a certain time and showed up and still had to wait another 30 min..not sure why the app tells you one time and they don't even agree to the time.. slow service. Would not recommend shopping here

This was the most azing tasting sub I have had. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. They recommend a perfect sub to get me hooked and coming back for more. It seemed a little pricy at first, but to me it seems to be worth every penny!!! Thank you Firehouse Subs
Terrible customer service, I was the only person in the place and there was three employees, you'd think one sandwich could be made. Not these people, they were having a long conversation not work related instead. I asked for a refund and a manager, she could of cared less. Vote with your dollar, DON'T GO HERE!
Companies like this are the reason why I don't eat or support them. Tell me, how did a person come in after me and got their meal before me? Not only that, I ordered something simple and still waited 20 mins for something like this. Sad, can't eat something I paid for. Where's the no-star option?
Friendly customer service. Quick and easy online order and pick up. I love this firehouse I would recommend this location to everyone.
So I went to firehouse subs on a Sunday at 1:30 I was the only person in there there was three employees. I ordered a 6 inch meatball and a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch 30 minutes to get my sandwiches. Only one person came in for an online order to pick it up. So as much as I like to support firehouse subs because I am a Chicago FireMan I will not ever be returning to that particular fire house subs. Sorry To the owners. But service like that needs to be talked about. Maybe you should stop in once in a while as an owner in order for yourself and see what’s going on in there. Good luck in the future
