I waited way too long to stop by the store and pick up meals- I love that it’s portioned and tells you the macros - I got 10 meals - let’s see how this goes ?
This is THE WORST customer service EVER!!! I would Absolutely NOT recommend. They kept messing up my delivery so the food never arrived and I had to go pick it up from the store where the lady had NO IDEA what was going on and I had to wait around while she ‘texted her boss for confirmation.’ They CONTINUED to CHARGE my card even when I officially CANCELLED my SUBSCRIPTION so that was another fight. This service is supposed to make your life easier and all it has done is be a complete headache and a MASSIVE inconvenience. The food is so average it’s not even worth any of the HASSLE. I would strongly recommend to LOOK ELSEWHERE for this type of service.
Was just at the Victoria park location to find out more about the plan. I’ve been shopping around for weeks and just saw you’re next door to my home.Woman there provided the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Upon going in, she was on her phone, dismissive, and distracted.I was trying to engage to ask pricing, how it works with kinds of food & delivery. She was sighing throughout the entire experience.Will not be back.

Not worth having food delivered downstairs for hours where anyone can open the bag just to look and see what the company delivers. The deliveries need to be made to the unit door not left at front desk for hours. There are companies who deliver the entire week of food….in a completely sealed box….no one can look inside…this place doesn’t respect the importance of delivery to the customers door…the food was good….but delivery was the lethal blow….as most high rise dwellers have heard of before is some staff/renters/owners do not have stellar reputations and not trustworthy. I gave away today’s food…asked the company to not deliver the rest of this weeks food…..the money lost is not worth the sleep lost 0200-0700 to keep looking for confirmation of delivery…is it outside my door. Is if downstairs…if downstairs who is going thru the non secured bag to see what other delivery services send….I prefer to sleep….factor 75 has just as good of food….only one box a week…it is extremely tamper evident both the inner and outer packaging
At first the food was great, but over the past year it has really degraded in quality. They also don’t have any options for setting preferences (i.e I want 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 4 lunches) - you have to select your them manually each week. And even if you do, they consistently get the orders wrong / does not match selection.I rarely leave one star reviews but their off boarding process is the worst. I cancelled my account and then they still continued to make 2 additional deliveries which they have billed me for and they say they will call you back but they don’t.
NY strip was great in the lineup this week ,just the right amount of fat along the edge for the perfect flavor.I have been happy with all of the meals, very reliable delivery and always on time. Thanks
I was very pleasantly surprised, but the meals are great restaurant quality. My spouse is a finicky eater and also has many dietary limitations. This is the only cantina that my spouse not only accepts but likes a lot. There is A LOT OF variety. This week i had to order an extra meal cause it was so hard narrowing down the choices. No other meal delivery/cantina ever had such delicious and varied meals, including vegetarian meals. We eat vegetarian a few times a week. Other meal delivery’s vegetarian meals were tasteless, unimaginative and no variety The meals are very healthy and well-made. The vegetables are fresh and al dente, not frozen and overcooked like other meal delivery services.Also customer service is excellent. Meals arrive in the middle of the night, so no one will see the food in front of your door and steal it.
