I went there during breakfast. Before this place my bagel eating was limited to Dunkin’ Donuts or some of the local bagel shops at my place. This bagel place takes the bagel tasting to a different level. Lots of variety of bagels such as jalapeño’s, spinach , multi-grain etc. Bagels are baked right in the premise, cream cheese is fresh and amazing. It’s very pocket friendly place too.Interior is refreshing, clean including the restrooms.Would love to come back again and highly recommend.
Terrible customer serviceI ordered online, I selected almond milk choice, I double checked but in store it showed up as 2% milk. Not a big deal, it happens, I asked the lady to remake and she refused saying it was my fault. I asked her nicely to remake it and she again argued that it was my fault so they didn't need to remake it. I then asked nicely for a refund and she refused to even give me a refund saying I had to do it online. I work in the food and restaurant industry, I know how to treat guests. That was horrible customer service, I had a simple request and they refused and were rude. Won't be coming back here.
Been a customer here since they opened but today experienced no customer service and bad bagels. We were the only customers but were totally ignored by the 2 employees behind the counter. When the women finally came to the register her comment was “have you been helped” … of course we hadn’t been helped, you’re the one that’s supposed to help us. She had looked at us several times but never a “I’ll be right there” or even a “welcome to Einsteins” … nothing. When she did wait on us she was very unpleasant, shaking my iced tea at me instead of saying “here’s your beverage”. Bagels were so dry my husband threw his out and my side of cream cheese was only half full. Very disappointing.
The service is amazing my 1st time at this location and all the staff was so kind and friendly and fast the restaurant was nice and clean definitely will be going to this location more often
Went in there and was looking at the menu, the woman who was asking me what I wanted was very rude, I asked what the smears we're and she rolled her eyes as she looked on her station and listed them off with attitude. Then her and her co worker shaking there heads at each other right in front of me! Awful customer service! Than when I order my cold brew shake, the woman at the register makes me a regular cold brew and then tells me that I ordered it wrong. I remember saying shake and even if I didnt, idk what kind of Employee tells the customer that they are wrong ? good thing I'm not from this area or else I would say never again. Would give zero stars if I could
Bagels.. nothing to write home about. Looked like fast food star bucks. Had a lox bagel. more tomato then lox. Outside seating. coffee. not many choices
Person in front should greet customers as they come in...didn't even say hello when we ordered-we said it first to be acknowledged ?
very good super attentive staff and gave me recommendations when i had no idea what to order lol
I just left Einstein's in Bay Colony where the owner, manager or franchisee tacitly accused me of stealing. He is a Caucasian with dark hair, a mustache and, I believe, a goatee and the person who was definitely in charge on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at noon. I entered the store and ordered a dozen assorted bagels sliced. The gentleman told me the bagels were too hot to cut. I said that was fine and I would order and pay for the bagels at that time, they could be sliced when they cooled down, and I would pick them up after we had finished our breakfast. We had a very nice breakfast after which I went to the counter to pick up the bagels. The gentleman said that I had already picked up the bagels and in fact he was the one who gave them to me. I assured him that was not the case. He persisted in saying that he had already given me the bagels. After much back and forth he finally agreed to give me the bagels AGAIN as he put it. I asked if it were possible that he had given them to someone else. He emphatically insisted that that was not the case. I am even more amazed that he would treat a customer that way when there were several others waiting in line to be served. I am an 80 year old man, who would not under any circumstances that I can think of, attempt to steal a dozen bagels. I am appalled to think that this is the manner in which Einstein's would allow their customers to be treated. I have never published a review anywhere on social media and do so now in the hopes that in publicizing this egregious behavior it may prevent this from happening to other Einstein's customers. Sincerely, JD
Bagels are absolutely delicious. The lines suck though. They were operating at snail's pace.
