The Manager was walking around angrily and was slamming doors. The employees were very nice and friendly. I feel bad they're stuck with such an ahole boss.After 5am the manager was telling people, we open in 10 minutes

I actually want to give them O starts. I normally don’t leave reviews but this is the worst customer service we have ever experienced in an airport. The cashier had a intern problem with the system and I got all her anger. I try to order and she got upset cause she couldn’t hear me, I told her to calm down that we will fix it but she did not. I did the mistake off forgetting they were fixing a bagel for and I ask her to added. Then she escalated her anger and told me in a very unprofessional way “why you did say that before I gave you the total to pay”. Then that was it, I told her I didn’t want anything and she said she did not care cause I was not nice.Then when my friend inserted the card to pay, my friend asked her if the transaction was done, and the cashier said in an anger tone: “of course cause I gave you the receipt”.REALLY REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The only times I would microwave a bagel is if I'm in a rush. Everything tasted uncooked. Truthfully, it's zero stars but the service was actually alr.

very disappointed at not having the bacon & cheddar one the cashier's attitude was not good not cooked well; just food put together--other Einstein Bros is not like this the bagel was not cut in half

Omg, they said “opens at 5” they open whenever they want, 5.30 to be exactly, the customer service bad specially from maybe the manager,(African/American) because she act’s like one, the girl who took my order great that’s why my only star goes to her , the rest of the employees cero cero

Who microwaves a bagel? I know it’s in an airport and don’t expect much but come on. Lol what a joke.

The worst customer service we have ever experienced in an airport. They were rude and “sold out” of everything 30 minutes after opening. The refused to toast my bagel and told my husband it takes too long to blend coffee drinks in the morning. DO NOT expect anything great out of this business.

I would give you zero star if you don’t know different between regular coffee and vanilla/ hazelnut then you should quit your job and find something else I cost me $3.94 and I told her this is not regular coffee she said just throwing it in trash with no refund, will never ever buy anything from you, thank you.

Foods great, but it's clear the folks here hate their jobs If you can bypass the horribly rude and lazy folks who work there it might be worth it. 5 folks behind the counter and still forgot my order, and I was the only customer that was there. Lol avoid this place!!

I would’ve given them 0 stars if I could. I normally don’t leave reviews and I work in customer service so I’m usually super understanding. However, they took our order for a bagel with cream cheese, rung us up, made us wait, just to tell us that they didn’t have any cream cheese. We also never even got our money back because the manager wasn’t there and the workers couldn’t give us a refund. Please do better. This was my first time trying Einstein Bros after hearing good things and was veryyy let down:(
