This restaurant is located on the back side of the numerous shops and restaurants that face Galt Ocean Drive & A1A. It's small but has in and outdoor seating. Roberta is from Genoa and acts as hostess, server and barista while her husband runs the home style kitchen. Pizza & sandwiches are served until 4:00 PM when a comprehensive dinner menu featuring Pasta, Antipasti, Meats, Fish and in house made desserts is offered. Daily specials are posted on a chalkboard which featured rack of lamb the night we visited. Bring your own bottle of wine as none is available. There is no corkage charge. The food is basic, homestyle and prepared with pride in house. Expect to hear many of the patrons conversing in Italian. Roberta is very personable, anxious to please and a joy. Prices are moderate by today's standard. Portions are adequate with enough to take home. There is adequate parking. A real good find!
Dunwell pizza is awesome! It was fresh and delicious! The owner, Tzemach is a pleasure to work with. He makes his pizzas fresh in front of you and everyone loved them!! Under ORB hashgacha. Call to have Dunwell cater an event!
They catered a event I was at. Food was amazing.
On our way home after having sushi for dinner we noticed this little unassuming little restaurant in a quiet, low traffic plaza along Galt Ocean Mile. So if you know Fort Lauderdale little pizza joints like this are a dime a dozen. The difference was there this little place was packed for this time of night! So evidently my instincts were on point as the reviews looked great! We had to check it out ….so we returned for lunch the next day. The restaurant belongs to an Italian couple from Genoa, Italy. Roberta greeted us promptly & warmly and seated us. The place is quant & cozy, Italian music playing in the background, and an Italian news program on the TV. The menu features more than pizza, they offer antipasti, panini sandwiches, 16 varied pasta entrees, seafood, chicken, steak and salmon dishes. They have homemade desserts, coffee soda and water. No wine beer or liquor but you can bring your own bottle of wine which is nice. My wife and I devoured our Panini sandwiches which were fantastic as they were made with fresh homemade bread. We can wait to return for dinner!!
Pizza was amazing, especially for people who usually dont like crust, this pizza will change your mind. And since I came to pick up my pizza late, they said it wont be good enough so they cooked me up a brand new one for free! Great Pizza, Great Service. 10/10 would recommend.
Had their pizza during the NY pop up location in Crown Heights. The pizza was excellent! Single person pies that are very delicious!I just wish they would be here more than just the weekend.
The best pizza in the world very good quality.

Excellent authentic Italian restaurant! Delicious food, wonderful service. We had bruschetta, pizza, and ravioli. Loved it!
Roberta's is a small unassuming place on Galt Ocean Drive that could easily mistaken for a local pizza place. Do not make that mistake!! Inside you will find a family-operated Italian restaurant that produces fresh authentic and delicious Italian food. Before I judge an Italian restaurant, I need to taste the sauce. Because Roberta's is so close to my condo, I called and order take-out lasagna. It was delicious because the sauce was excellent. This evening, I walked to Roberta's (bottle of wine in hand because it does not serve alcohol - OMG, what a cost savings for me). The special this evening was a penne pasta in a salmon tomato cream sauce with shrimp. It was less than $18. I ordered it. While waiting, a very generous basket of freshly baked bread arrived at the table with bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. My companion asked for butter and received it quickly. My dinner arrived fairly quickly. I immediately was impressed with how hot (not sorching) it was. My meal was definitely fresh out of the kitchen. The penne was perfectly cooked within a scrumptious salmon sauce. The sauce was so well done that every bite carried a sense of the salmon. Atop the dish were two large shrimp. My companion felt that that it was standard for there to be three shrimp and perhaps that is true but I was too busy devouring the salmon rich pasta. It was a great meal and the $40 check seemed ludicrously low (no alcohol purchased) There are some great Italian restaurants in the North Beach Shoppes ares (west of A1A) but none compare tp Roberta's for atmosphere, food and value.
