This location can be very hit and miss, but whatever they're doing lately, is absolute perfection from a-z. Entire lines are taken care of in seconds, hardly a wait. Wonderful service. The coffee actually tastes good unlike it used to in the past. Specifically the girl at the window with the colored eyes and the girl inside with the blue dreds, they were both so wonderful and helpful, everyone there deserves a raise right now, I've never seen it run better.
Horrible customer service from the manager on down. The lack of respect when talking to the employee's show no home training at all. You never know if the doors will be open or not for one that doesn't want to stay in the long line outside and would rather walk in. It's sad I only go to this location for convenience only because I drive by it everyday. This entire store needs customer service lesson. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE
Bad customer service , ignoring customers at the front door with no acknowledgement whatsoever. It's 6 am and the lobby doors are locked. They looked at the drive thru but I drive a truck that's higher than the posted limit.I won't be coming back here that's for sure
This dunkin is the worst running dunkin I have come in contact with. They are constantly out of food, coffee, donuts..even on a Saturday morning. The food is either burnt or cold. The mobile orders are never ready. They say they have something on the app only to get there to find out they don’t have 3/5 things you ordered. This dunkin needs some saving and it is a disgrace to other Dunkin’s.
The place is so disorganized. Taking order at the pick up area. My mobile order sat there and never called out. Other dunkin have a place they place it for easy access. Mine just sat there and the hashbrowns were cold. I'll pick a different location next time. Disappointed perks member.
This dunkin is so bad I literally drive across town to the next one anytime i want coffee. The coffee is always burnt and staff is rude
Their internal payment system was down. Even though i ordered through the mobile app, it took 30 minutes to get my order. I ordered Bavarian cream and cruller donuts and was told they don't sell those any longer. This is not the first time I've been disappointed in the same way at this location.
OMG they were super busy, but got my food. I did have to turn around when I saw they my avocado toast had barely any avocado and the 2 slices of bacon was laughable. But, the young man assisted me in having it made over. I was like let me hurry up because y'all are busy. I felt kinda bad for them, but hey I paid for my food to.
i bought a coffee and handed the girl at the window a 50 dollar bill thinking it was a 5, not paying attention. the girl said sir, you handed me 50. total honesty. a return to the way it was. may god, jesus and the angels bless her honesty. big positive for dunkin.
Not sure why I keep coming to this location but out of convenience it's always in my route every time I request for the simplest addition to my drink there's always some attitude or dismissal or a straight-up know for whatever I request giving me drinks that don't even look like the pictures and making food that are burnt and taste list Beyond to burn to even enjoy after getting my disappointing order with no receipt not knowing how much they charge me decided to just throw everything in the garbage instead I couldn't even trust the employees not to spit in my food or drink not sure why every time I come here they are so angry and upset please reconsider retraining your staff for better service ordered a cold brew cream with literally nothing apparently there is a shortage on this drink .
