The entire morning shift needs to be replaced horrible attitudes customer service is poor , I will not spend a dime at this location ever again !!!!!!!!
I’m here trying to place a order at 6:30 for a sandwich and this lady tells me they close all ovens a hour before closing but the 2 ladies are fixing boxes of donuts to take home. why the heck send coupons to my home if you close everything one hour before closing which is 7pm. Ridiculous
Wow. Just wow. So fast, such friendly and fun employees. Best Dunkin I've been to to date. The coffee is amazing! My favorite is the better pecan latte and iced latte with mocha swirl. I have to say whoever has been making those sandwiches lately is of the highest caliber in sandwich crafting.
I just wanted to let the owner know that today 05/29 at 9:40am in this store is managed for bad employment the one with blue t-shirts is the worst. Very bad service and they make people drive with uncompleted order. I wait for 20 min and people get there complaining. I drive for doordash and after wait and wait i asked her this is all.my order and she say yes. Them the client call asking for all the drinks. She knew it the cashier.. her bad intention was clear. She knew the order was incomplete when i asked her. Ether way her say yes. Evil people in this store.
Attention to the owners of this particular Dunkin on Sunrise 2431 West Sunrise blvd your employees are very rude and disrespectful not only that they have the drive thru lines always not moving always backed up everytime i go there , A young black guy who works there by the name of Staph was very rude and he was working your drive thru , please hire young black men who wants to work and appreciate thei job instead of hiring people who just wants to run your clock up , it really makes your establishment looks really bad , You as an owner need to really check who you allow to do your hiring because what i went thru i surely dont want another customer to go thru thankyou very much.....
THE BEST place I’ve been since I’ve visited my hometown!!! Great customer service, they move on a fast pace and they all are just full of joy. I will be coming back here again best experience from these guys!
All of the food has an after taste. Whether it's hash browns or an English muffin, you can taste the oven it's been in. Please clean those little ovens

I like to go through the drive thru on week days, the people at the window are usually very friendly, and the wait time is reasonable. However, the food items are not always fresh, except for the coffee.
