Stood in line for 35 minutes just to order the worst jerk chicken I've ever had. Not only did it taste horrible, it was also ICE COLD. The only redeeming quality of the meal, was the brown stew gravy over the rice. This place is OVERPRICED and underwhelming. 15$ for 2 drums and a thigh and some rice? My back side hurts.....
I enjoy the food at this location. Taste is always consistent; however, they are very slow in sharing. Often times, only 2 individuals are working, one sharing and one cashing. I would recommend during busy hours such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, for example 7am -9am, 11am -1pm, 4pm-6pm there are additional workers to serve.
Ordered a medium oxtail because I was told they didn’t do small oxtail anymore. When I asked why my plate was the same size as the small the lady working at the register said that’s how they do it now. So you pay for a medium but it’s still a small. I’ll stick to Dutch Pot.
Absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money. The servers are very rude, disorganized and allow people to skip the line wrongfully. I’m very disappointed. Also, the food packaged inside is dirty, they don’t provide silverware and the cost is not worth it. This location and others hardly put the chosen protein in the box. Burnt food & dirty store. DON’T EAT HERE!!!
The rice was ok but the jerk chicken was horrible!!!! Waste of my time and money! U guys have to do better than this!!!
Great place to get some Jamaican’s Favorite! We had the stew peas and it was exactly as expected and we would definitely recommend you give them a try if you’re in the mood for our just want to try some Jamaican food.
Great food, love the atmosphere but the restaurant itself is too hot, wearing a mask and being hot kind of lessens the value of the place.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Some of the staff were very rude, prejudiced, and unprofessional, the food is not on point to be dealing with all the bad attitude.Id rather make the drive and go to another Jamaican restaurant from now on that values and respects their customers.
The women who work here are always professional and have good food service. Great customer service
I usually enjoy food from here but was very disappointed today hair in the food I also ordered a cup of read peas soup hair on it as well. Ladies cover up your wigs properly. The curry was no good either don't know if a new chef is there but won't be going back for now.
