Immediately knew this establishment would be a bad experience. Was sat by a staff person. Waitress approached us and accused us of seating ourselves. I assured her we had been sat because we received menus and wrapped silverware. Not enough for her, so she loudly and vehemently let the other staff members know we seated ourselves. Knowing the experience could only worsen from that point I called an Uber and my guest and I immediately left and went to the American Coffee Shop about a mile away where we were treated well by the Spanish/American diner that was very diverse and accommodating. I will never return to this Denny's again and maybe not a Denny's at any location that doesn't rate at least five (5) stars.
Stood here for 15-20 minutes while not a single staff member could be found. The cook is the one who actually came out to put together my order and bring it to me. Not sure where the front of the house staff was but I could hear her phone conversation throughout the restaurant. Check the video to see what I am talking about.
Bro I’m already picky about food and I get these grease reheated tasting pancakes & if that’s the only thing I’m ordering, pancakes do not take that long to make. It wasn’t even busy or anything. I’ve been in the service industry for 5 years also in management. I completely understand if it’s an issue with the overall working environment but I always knew at the end of the day not to mess with ppls food…like
The host wasn't at the desk to give me and my family a table and had to wait 10 minutes before being seated and there was only one server working but the waitress was nice but the food took about 45 minutes. The floor was dirty and looked liked it hadn't been cleaned. Some of the food was cold and the syrup came in packets.
The food was very good that we had for our breakfast! The staff was nice! & attentive also! Their prices were reasonable! (It was a normal Denny's that I've been to many times before!). I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal at a fair price!
Our server was nice but overwhelmed. Took forever for drinks. Food came out at different times. Pancakes looks like a hot mess. Not even finished. Forgot bananas on two meals. Forgot onions on hash browns. Had to walk up to counter for butter, onions,bananas and drinks. Will not return
Man this food I got this morning was beyond nasty the coffee was like brown water it was half full. The pancakes was nasty and half done. The syrup packets look like they picked them up from the floor 28$ down the drain. If you can just go to IHOP. We will never return. Also the food said 20 mins it took 45 mins.
The Worst dennys Ever …!!!!! I simply ordered Barbecued Boneless wings From DoorDash They put mild Boneless Instead .??♀️ Also my Sauage is uncooked it is pink inside ??? I recommend never going to this place ever again …..✌?
I was here with a large group. They were short staffed. Had to order and pat for food before I was seated. Service was slow. Asked for coffee, got no cream or sugar. None was on the table. Had to ask for it three times before I got it. Some people's food came out 10 minutes before we left even though it was ordered at the same time as mine.
Have you heard of Dirty Dining? I can only imagine the food that is being pushed out of this place. Picked up a delivery for Doordash and hated to see the customer placed their order here. Not to mention it was not ready when I arrived and had to wait 12 minutes to prepare.
