very disappointed in this establishment. My husband went through the drive through at 9:30pm on July 22, 2022. He even parked his car and walked up to the door. There wasn’t a single person to be seen or to help take his order. According to the sign on the door as well as Google maps it states that they are to be opened until 10 PM. That’s false advertisement.
I love the blizzard Dairy Queen give me Oreo anything and I’ll pretty much eat it. I pretty much ammo only get the ice cream there or shakes and they’re always consistent well priced and excellent.
Complete disaster of even the lowest level of customer service. Rude doesn't even begin to describe the situation. The "manager" on duty was the worst excuse for leadership I've ever seen. Left, went up the street to the wilton drive location no drive thru but worth it in customer service.
I went in the store to place a to go order after work around 8:30pm… a family of 4 was in line in front of me waiting to place their order. No one was working the counter. When someone finally came to the counter she yelled to someone in the back to come upfront to the register, a female voice from the back stated she was making a blizzard, the lady then proceeded to yell that she needed to stop and come up front because they had people. The female voices response was and I quote “well they can just wait”… unbelievable… the family of 4 heard this comment as did I so they left the restaurant… so this is not so much a problem with the food more of an employee issue that should be addressed and corrected
Scary dirty….does anyone clean anything at this place. Employees were fine but my goodness doesn’t management care if the place looks like a dirty filthy mess. I always liked Dairy Queen but I think the drive through might be a better idea because you DO NOT want to go inside.
Great group of people working here. I left and found my order to be slightly off. I called and Jay I believe his name was handled it in a professional manner. He apologized and told me to come back and he would fix it. Defiantly puts the company and customers first.
I am sure no one cares about this location I came last week for a triple chocolate brownie sundae to only get plain vanilla ice cream and a dry brownie. I give a 2nd try tonight I order a cheeseburger ketchup only and another triple chocolate brownie sundae. I tell them my Sundae last week had nothing on it. I get my food no cheese on the burger and the sundae barely had a drizzle of chocolate. The lobby is always closed so you can't even go back in. They should shut it down Noone cares
Takeout ice cream cake was delicious. Service was prompt, courteous, and cheerful..
I know there is mixed reviews. Yet this is fast food and you will hit some bad moments. For our first time I was so happy our food came out super fresh and very hot! The chicken strips were delish! We got regular and honey bbq smothered. The blizzard was GREAT! We got the new sea salt brittle one
Oreo Blizzards are always good and my kids enjoyed the burgers. They rated the chicken bites 3 out of 5 They were ok. I gave 5 stars because the staff was very polite and patient with us.
