I was very happy with my Cookies By Design order (Unicorn/Get Well Basket). Order was received on time and I was called once the order was delivered. They even put 2 balloons on the basket that were not included in the order. Would definitely recommend.
Everyone was very helpful from Jorgy (the person I spoke with at the Ft. Lauderdale location) to David the delivery person. I requested the ballerina cookie basket be delivered to our granddaughter by 3:00 pm before she left for her ballet recital. Not only were they able to accommodate my request but David also kept me updated when he was en route and once he delivered the basket. Kudos to great customer service and for going the extra mile.
I placed an order for mothers day but accidentally selected the wrong delivery date. After I placed the order I got a call within 10 minutes with a rep asking me if I wanted the bouquet on mother's day or the following Monday. I was so grateful to them for catching that mistake and calling me to fix it. That's customer service I hardly ever see!!! The day of, the delivery was on time and someone called to let me know when it was done. This company's service is delightful. Thank you!!!

I did the order within less than 24 hours cookies by Design In Fort Lauderdale made it happen. Love the staff called me after drop off which was right away since I got a call from the recipient at the same time.
I send my daughter cookies every year. She has lived in various places and I assumed all the cookie places were the same. I was just made aware that this was the 1st time that her cookies were actually FRESH. She stated that most of the time she could tell they had been made, frozen, individually wrapped, and then shipped to her. She was EXTREMLEY happy with this company and strongly recommended I write a review. USE THIS COMPANY THEY WERE AWESOME. On top of that the deliver driver also let me know they had been delivered. I did personal deliver vs FedEx so maybe that made a difference. Thanks for making my daughter happy!
