No! no! no! That's all I ever hear. "We got no chicken you gotta wait 14 minutes, we got no butter, we got no black pepper, we got no Mac and cheese, We got no Dr Pepper" Long waits, broken drive thru speakers, unusable bathrooms "we lost the men's room key, use the woman's room" In over a decade of coming here, (cause they the only Church's in the area) it's ALWAYS been long wait times and missing items. But I will say this, once I do get the food that it was available, and wait the excessive time it takes to get my order, it's typically good. Today's order was hot, juicy and tasty! The EXPERIENCE is what makes me come less often. I have to be in the mood to wait long, and be flexible w my order, or willing to leave if they don't have what I want or have a long wait for cooking the chicken. TODAY, although there was NO butter for the corn, NO black pepper, NO Mac and cheese, NO ranch dressing and I waited over 5 min for the agent to refill my drink (because of the covid the drinks are behind the counter now) NO men's bathroom key, I had a tasty meal and I was entertained by watching all the other dine in and take out customers have to adjust they orders due to missing items. ? ? This place has so much potential and even before the virus and the fact that they're under staff there was always habitual problems. A new owner or manager Could make this place possibly top notch
Let down for the last time...tenders frozen, no chicken for 15 minutes then only legs and thighs. Chicken is what you sell chicken is what you should have available. This isn't just a 1 time or even 10th time occurrence, this is the normal. I guess no 1 wants to work or aren't being treated right as employees, get it together or shut down because the opportunities for improvement are beyond time to happen.
My apologies, but this restaurant is ghetto. There are a lot of loud conversations among the employees. There is a lot of food scattered around their serving area in the kitchen, which looks disgusting. It's ridiculously small with a small drive thru. I guess some people don't mind. There were open positions to work there - I'm sure felons would find this a great opportunity.
Hi my name is Demetrius burrows and I was there Sunday I can't remember the young ladies names because I lost the piece of paper I told them to put their names on the paper because I wanted to acknowledge them for a great job that they did while I was sitting there waiting for my apple pies to cook I looked around and the place was very clean and most of all I was pleased with the customer service I received everybody was so nice and pleasant if this could help it was around 3:00 when I was there the cook was cooking and had the counter stopped up with chicken and her main concern was how her chicken looked and I thought that was everything she was more concerned about the presentation of her food and the two cashiers and the manager was very pleasant I let them all know I would love to work with those kind of women if I was able to work but unfortunately I'm now disabled but I just wanted to let you know you girls did a great job and keep up the great work God bless and I say this because I too have over 15 years of working in restaurant and I know customer service is number one priority thank you hope to see you again and also let me know the SmokeHouse was very good she also recommended me to try it so I bought it and it was very good thank you God bless
This churches need so much help. I was in drive thru for over 30 mins .the server name Tierra is great patient working drive thru and counter and dealing with rude customer and if it wasnt for her in there for the past weeks i been going there cause i just love my okra.. i dont know what will happened but any who thank you again Tierra for your hard work up in that place and bringing about a smile even when things look messy you keep it up and thank you again for your customer service need more like you..
1 chicken only deal available which was a 3 piece. I gut 3 if them & it served the purpose. Today we wanted greasy fried chicken with jalapeno peppers.
Been to this church's twice, once was a month ago and when i came it was about 30mins before closing and the restaurant was closed already. Then, the second time was last night around 7:30pm, where i purchased a Family meal for 20pcs of chicken. My Chicken was burnt all 20pcs, didn't realize until I got home and couldn't return food because i was too far away. This is just terrible!!
I like church’s over most chicken joints. Last year I stopped eating here because they were always out of something and the freaking wait was just too much seems like 30-45minutes. Today I decided to stop and get something. First sat in drive thru felt like 15 minutes to place the order. Got out went inside. The young man took my order after he starts out my order together turns and says we are out of biscuits you knew that before I swiped my card. STRIKE 1. Then he finishes putting my order together leaves my found on counter to go in back f store to talk to manager. Now there’s 4 people in line waiting to order. The drive thru girl standing holding a conversation with another coworker the person in drive through has been sitting there as long as I’ve been waiting. Had to call the young man to give me my food. He talking bout he talking to the manger about something. she didn’t have common sense to tell him to come talk later. After I got food in the car missing 2 items go back in he says we cooking the okra fresh when we’re you going to tell me when I sat down at my table to eat at home. I expect more just because this store is in the HOOD is no excuse. And lastly why everyone look like the just climbed out of bed. Whoever owns this store do better.!!!
Friendly polite staff...You can tell the manager Milagros actually cares!. People just feel entitled and want any reason to complain about something?. Unfortunately these hard working people have to deal with very unsavory and pos customers.
Moving forward pls produce clean ness as far as your eyes can see the floor is never CLEAN.
