The guy at the counter was really nice and helpful. He had an issue with the computer and sought help from someone who seemed in charge. They weren’t helpful to him or nice to him. He had to keep asking to get her help. Everything you do is aimed at making your guest happy. This includes working as a team and. being kind and helpful to your employees. All the tables were dirty. I wiped my spot off with a napkin. No one was in there. I just think you have a quality product and you can do better. I don’t imagine you’re sitting in the corporate office thinking that this is what you envisioned when you created the concept.
This is not a quesadilla. Super salty when trying it. Same with the guac, clumps of salt. The only thing good was the chips and the drink.
They close at 10pm I come in at 7:50 they have 3 people cleaning and 1 person making peoples food. There’s a line out the door. What the fudge, are your staff unable to make food. The line moves extra slow with the to go orders between real customers. I’ve eaten chipotle for a long time but I’m about to stop going all together because obviously management doesn’t know how to direct people. Cashier on phone texting not helping make food. Atleast your employees can leave at 10 since they start cleaning at 8. :(
Arguable the worst Chipotle service I have ever experienced and this has been consistently true for awhile and it's a shame. Been to a lot of Chipotle's over the years and all and all they are the same which is great. I don't know what happened with the management running this place, but the mobile order people have ZERO idea about what is going on. There are just basically two line: one for walk-ins and one for people who ordered ahead. But here is the kicker...the walk-in line is ALWAYS faster. My order was supposed to be ready at 12pm...I left at 12:40pm without my order. It was never made. The mobile order line just became a "whoever is at the first and pesters the people the most gets their order" line.
Service was good, friendly and fast. Food was what you expect when you go to a Chipotle location, tasty and built to order. Only draw back was they were out of forks. If we were not taking our order home, this would have been a big problem.
I have to say this is the worst and best Chipotle I’ve been to. The employees do not want to work!! They have attitudes and were out of items. No burritos!! Like how do you run out of your number one item. They refused to give water cups. Had no spoons. Trash was overflowing and tables were filthy. But… the food was delicious. Best Chipotle I’ve ever had. This place needs better management.
I ordered guacamole. Paid for guacamole via the online delivery order and did not get guacamole. I requested a refund and still have not received a refund. The food is horrible undercooked and taste old. Do not order from this place. Disgusting thieves.
I went to this location on 5/21, had a bowl with chicken asado, and got the worst food poisoning of my life! I spent all day vomiting and having diarrhea today. Missed work also. I will never eat at this location again, they’re dirty and don’t take any sanitary precautions.
Man, hate to leave this review, as really enjoy Chipotle, but this location is a lost cause. I attempt to go here for lunch, but everytime I come, it takes at least a minimum of 20 minutes just to get up to the counter to order my food. I don't understand how they can be so busy, yet have only one employee making the food, when you have 20 people standing in line. I only have 45 minutes for lunch everyday, it takes too long and I have to hurry and rush to eat my lunch due to how long it takes to order. Last five attempts I've waited for ten minutes and didn't get half way through the line. I always wind up leaving and going to Blaze pizza, beehive or Jersey Mikes next door, whom are fully staffed and blazingly fast! This location is under poor management and needs a major overhaul. Hate it because I truly do like Chipotle, but this location is not it!!!
Incredibly slow service. Why doesn’t anyone who works here know how to wrap a burrito??? (3 people tried wrapping mine and it ended up a mess). Always out of items, one day no guacamole , queso or cheese. Another time at 6pm they were out of tortillas and couldn’t do burritos!!!! (Of course you still pay full price even though they are out of half the things you want). On top of this, place is always a mess. Photos are from last night, but always looks like this. Never a clean table. Drink station last night, no napkins, etc. why doesn’t anyone ever go out wipe tables, sweep floor, stock drink station. Lots of employees, but few seem to be working, and where is management that doesn’t see the mess or long line/slow service? Heard several other people talking about how dirty the dining room was. If dining room that customers can see looks like this, what do you think the kitchen looks like?
