If I could give 0 starts I would. I had to force myself to eat this raw rice and my avocado dip was expired very bad service. I don’t recommend coming to this place you really can get food poisoning from this trash place.

Employees don't practice safe food handling protocol. Eating near work area in plain view of customers placing/purchasing food order. Placed online order and food portion was kid size but I paid $10+. I asked for a remake and it was too much cheese and sour cream. The food upset my stomach. I don't believe they keep food fresh/safe temperatures. The peppers and onions looked really old. Guacamole as well as tomatoes/salsa. Throw the food out when time expires regardless of what's left. Also, change your gloves between different activities (food line/cashier/eating). Disgusting young employees. ?

I buy food as an incentive for the kids at my youth homeless shelter. Every single time I order - it is wrong. AND OFTEN ITS THE SAME KID GETTING THE SAME THING. They DROWNED the bowl in sour cream last time. Seriously like soup. and this time they didn’t put any at all.. and added beans for a kid who’s allergic. It’s been wrong more than 3 times and this is the first time I’m writing a review. Do better people. I worked at chipotle in my youth.. on a college campus.. shouldn’t be getting this many orders wrong

This location is a "hit or miss" when it comes to customer service. But if you don't care for a service with a smile experience the food here is actually quite better than the rest of the similar franchise. The portions are huge and the food is always freshly made. I gave a 3 only because of the inconsistencies in customer service. I truly believe once you're in the food industry there should be a standard regardless of whether it's fast food or fine dining there must be a level of courtesy and appreciation when dealing with the guests. Maybe use Chick-fil-A as an example of how employees are supposed to conduct themselves. However, good tasting inexpensive fast food.

This location is a filthy dump! Been here twice and each time the food prep line is covered with food. No one believes in the philosophy of “clean as you go”. Every trashcan behind the line is overflowing with garbage. Tables are dirty and not being cleaned. I told the manager at my last visit which was on Friday, February 4 at 8:30 PM that the place is extremely dirty. She gave me an excuse of how busy they are and that they don’t have time to clean when they’re busy. She then promptly returned to the back office. Clearly no one gives a dam about anything in this restaurant except for collecting a paycheck. The tortilla chips are amazing by the way

Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever hadStopped in for a ‘safe’ lunch for myself and daughter with celiac disease. We began by asking if our server understood what gluten free was and he seemed a little confused but was happy to understand that she could have nothing with wheat in it. He even changed his gloves, then proceeded to drag the bowl into the wheat tortillas. She spoke up to say that the bowl touched the tortilla, and the girl at the cash register and person next to her mocked my daughter, saying sarcastically it touched my bowl!’ Not great for customer service. He did, however open a new stack of bowls to make her order.The girl that came to make my bowl did not even know what the rice was as or what any of the meats were, so the guy took over from there. Maybe they need to be trained a little better on the line before serving customers!At the register, sarcastic girl rang up our order;I had to ask for a receipt which she stated it wasn’t printing right now, but then asked someone for register paper. Assuming it was coming, I stood there while she rang up the next customer and she looked at me and asked ‘what do you want?’ I replied I was waiting for my receipt and she said again, ‘it’s not printing’ and I said I thought someone was coming with it. She finally got someone to put the paper in it and about 15 receipts printed out and she finally located mine. I did not appreciate her attitude at all and thought she could use some customer service training. They were then out of forks as we went to get them so I had to return to the counter again! Thankfully the man who changed the paper and may have been the manager got the forks for us. I would avoid this location if possible especially for you have any concerns with celiac disease!

I never leave bad reviews but!! I Ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. Pick up was for 12:30 Arrived at 12:30 And didn’t get my order till 12:50 and that was after asking about the order. I could have gone through the walk in line 3x for how long it took to put my simple 1 item order together. I got attitude from the little girl behind the counter and was there long enough to witness her attitude to a lot of people. I use to like this place. But McDonald’s has better customer service

This Chipotle is always a hit or miss. Management doesn’t do so well multiple times they have missing items one the menu or not enough staff for the load work. Service is not good but at least the flavor has always been delicious.

Love the food. They were a little short staffed, but that's Covid for you. Not bad wait considering how busy they were. Would have enjoyed it more if the staff had been masked and if they hadn't run out of ice. Will definitely go again, unless we're in a hurry. May just order pick up since the food is all packaged the same.

6 item order arrived cold 2 bowels missing items and 3 chicken tacos without chicken....$70 something order sucked only items correct was 2 bags of chips and quesadilla (item was cold).
