On Friday, I ordered food and shared it amongst my boyfriend, his sister, and her boyfriend. That night, we all became extremely sick and are still sick now. I called to ask if I can come back in for a refund due to food poisoning and the answer I received was horrendous. “A lot of people ordered on Friday and no one else complained.” She asked me if the number I’m calling from is a correct number to call me back and when I said yes, she said she would call back later and hung up. DO NOT waste your time and money on this place. There’s better food and business elsewhere. I’ve already called my bank to dispute the charge.
I ordered food from here with simple directions and driver was rude because a ucase he didn't speak English got lost from finding 4x8 sign and simple directions to go 300 ft west of sign never showed up....8 phone calls later I called Bamboo kitchen they were here in 20 minutes

I love this restaurant. I have been going here for many yrs. The food is always fresh made to order.
Every time I come it's pretty empty, which makes me sad. They have fresh and delicious food that comes out quickly. The portions have always been amazing and the service is phenomenal. Quick to answer the phone and incredibly polite. They even still follow covid restrictions, which makes everything feel more careful. Overall I'm always satisfied when I leave.

What about you guys clean up the random inventory boxes you guys have where people are supposed to eat! Place needs maintenance
