This place has THE best ice cream, and every time I come into town I insist on visiting because I love it so much. On my visit this evening, with my family of seven, the staff was so incredibly rude and the service so terrible that wild horses couldn’t drag me back. Ordering is self-serve on a kiosk, which would be fine as an option, but the staff refused to take orders for those who were uncomfortable ordering themselves. The elderly man who tried to order after me had the hardest time, and the staff rolled their eyes at him and snapped back responses when he asked for their help. When picking up my ice cream, when I asked which one I was grabbing (because of my large order size), the staff person told me to “just read the label.” The franchisees should be ashamed of how their staff is treating their customers. There are other great ice cream places in Fort Lauderdale. Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place will not appreciate your business.
This place is crazy good! I’ve never had ice cream like that before nor seen any place like this. Totally worth a try! We’ll come back whenever we get a chance.
I finally found a place with 100% vegan options and its taste GOOD! I got coconut milk and coffee. The gentleman at the register was extremely patient and gentle. They play R&B/Rap but I assume its to have a "vibe" going. Not too bad. Everything was good and the place was neat. You get what you pay for. It's costly but the product isn't cheap. Its rich and flavorful. We will definitely go back. There are so many options!

Went here with family. Kids like the customizable ice cream creations and cool look nitrogen effects. The ice cream is and service is pleasant. It does take a while to make the ice cream so be prepared to wait if busy.
Pretty good! LOVE the seasonal ice cream what can I tell you is so amazing and good! Love it ! What else can I tell you, it's pretty good I like that way you have a thing that they have is it's amazing there's a guayaba and cheese thing oh that's so good the only thing the customer service here is a little bit too cold no hello no thank you for coming I mean I understand bunch of them they're very young kids that I don't even think they can communicate well but you know younger generations but still at least hey thank you for coming or hi nice to meet you whatever you know something nice and simple or blah blah blah but nothing very cold, very very cold not at school other ice cream though and now that's a good thing the ice cream is amazing it's just like so soft so creamy and so cold like it gets to your stomach cold the bathroom a little bit dirty I almost gave you a one list star just because of the bathroom because it looks so nice but yet so dirty but not that much the good thing they have water that's something you have to understand me not being a sweet guy I hate sweets but you know the the Sweet tooth kicks in once in a once in awhile I tell you it's worth it I mean I wish they had something to have more acidity like passion fruit or lemon or lime or whatever something between because I really love something acid not too sweet but anyways eventually I hope so someday in the future they can have like I don't know like sour Sweet lemon something.
Wouldn't return, the staff is smug and customer service is just not there.It's like they don't consider 1st timers - dislike businesses that remove human interaction from the experience.A tip for management - for the suggested combos it would be soooo much easier for them to be programmed into menu options instead of having to pic everything individually really adds to the frustration of experience and delay in customer turnover.I tried the sweater weather suggested flavor -it was mostly good, the fudge was rubbery, very unpleasant texture, I ended up removing it completely off.
Great tasting ice cream!!! And on top of that it's a great experience like the Starbucks of ice cream.
Nice place! The most Delicious ? ice creams, for share with family, pet friendly and very easy for parking. Could take a little bit of time if is full. You can ask online and pick up.
We were in the neighborhood and wanted some ice cream ! Hot day ! So we went inside and chose our flavours ! I took coconut based , my daughter had yogurt “ ice cream “ , coffee flavour , I chose mango , lots of choices !
