I came to this Chili's location along Powerline Rd. for a birthday treat for my daughter. We went through the to-go area and was warmly greeted by a female employee. I told her that I had free kid's dessert reward in my account and the employee had me put my number into the kiosk to claim the reward (kid's molten cake). I also ordered a kid's cheeseburger which came with fries and a drink.It took about ten minutes to received the order. My daughter sat in the vehicle and began eating the fries. I didn't have to ask, watching her stuff her face was evident enough that she was enjoying her meal. I didn't order anything for myself because I already had something to eat somewhere else. This was my baby girl's treat, but I will return to have lunch here soon.
I was there picking up a curbside order.And what happened is what always happens there -the food was cold and my dessert was missing.Also I waited in my car for about a half hour before they even came out to ask me my name so they could get my order.I Called them back after I got home and talked to the manager to tell them that my food was cold and I was missing my dessert.And he told me he could not find my order -so I gave him the order number and finally he found - he seem like he did not care.I have ordered from Chili"s 50 or 60 times in the past.I will never go back there again.In fact no one should ever go to that restaurant.
Richard was awesome. Would definitely come back! He had is laughing whenever he came by the table.
What a great chili's to go to. The restaurant itself is super nice, clean and there's tons of seating. Also what a great team they have working there, every one was so friendly, from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked back out. Our server was Richard, hands down the best server I have ever had. He was charming, informative, efficient and provided an excellent experience. We never wanted for anything and everything we got came out perfectly and pretty quickly now that I think about. The food was delicious of course I'm never disappointed, the prices are like amazing to. If you have ever had a bad experience at any other Chili's, I would strongly recommend you give this one a chance to change your opinion and while your at it, ask for Richard he's terrific!!
The worst Chili’s restaurant ever also my last time there! I went for a BBQ Ribs normally at all restaurants everywhere any brand name when you order a full rack of ribs you receive 11-12 ribs in the order and if you want a half rack it’s 5-6 ribs also it comes with 2 sides of your choice. Well for my surprise at this Chili’s at Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I order a half rack of bbq ribs and I received just 3 small ribs and like a 14 fries and the worst cole slaw ever also I have to change my lemonade 3 times because the flavor was just like water! The quality of the food there was really bad and the wait time for food is days!!
Came here after action park. And it was very busy but that didn't stop the staff from 5 star service. Everything came out super fast which was a surprise. Food was warm I had the wings. Recommended try the El Nino margaritas
Great waitress and great staff. Although they were short staff my waitress was moving as if she had on roller blades. The host would come over every chance shr could to help clean the tables so another group could have seating. Love the exceptional teamwork. Food was good.

Wanted a quick bite so my buddy suggested Chilis near cypress in ft lauderdale.My buddy asked for a specific tequila when it arrived it wasn’t the tequila ordered. He did order a different shot.the place was uncomfortably cold that evening.The bathroom was clean and in order.I ordered a pop that took two request and 1/2 hr to get.I was disappointed with my bowl of chili. It was watered thin and weak with meat and ingredients.
Margaritas nice but need to but more liquor too much ice. Food was yummy. Waiter server Awesome thanks Marshal he made the night friendly handsome ?
