On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, I drove 5.3 miles to buy chicken strips, passing multiple restaurants I could have chosen. I was so excited to taste the tenderness of the strips dipped in the special Chick-fil-A sauce, only when I reached my destination, the chicken strips were under half their size, to the point I thought I ordered from a kids' menu. My customer satisfaction expectation deflated the air from my tires.I speak assured in my experience because when I received my bag through the drive-thru, after opening it to check my order, I asked, "what's this?" The thing that got me was the reaction of the employee who looked at it and was caught off guard by the size of the strips, but what really put a flat in my experience was after the first employees' supervisor looked at it, they did nothing. Driving on the flat tire of expectation, this should have never left the kitchen."Chick-fil-A is one of the largest American fast food restaurant chains and the largest specializing in chicken sandwiches."How is it possible to specialize in chicken sandwiches without the main ingredient?This deflated experience reminds me of Wendy's 1984 "Where's the Beef?" commercial.
I just love the menu and the company. All about them is good so far. How they treat their employees is super important for me and they run circles around all other fast food restaurants. It's a lot healthier also and the salads are great. If they can make it more affordable, it will near perfection ❤️. My kids fave by far.
Ordered through the drive-thru line. Was given drinks in a cardboard holder and noticed it was considerably soaked. When I pulled my drink out to sip, the entire bottom of the styrofoam cup let out and spilled all over my car. This is not the issue; the restaurant management/owner’s response was.I contacted Chick-fil-A and their response was that they’re sorry this happened to me but not their problem. Considering that the cup was likely punctured and leaking when I received my drink in the soaked cardboard holder, I disagree. My entire console and cloth seats require a detailing to get the sweet tea out of them. Currently treating my interior with chemicals to prevent ants and other residue.Poor response from a company that purports to hold certain values. Obviously accountability is not one of them.
The service was horrible ?? I told the server it should be better signs to drive within the drive threw, this lady almost hit my car and also blocking traffic into the major roads. Aniyah told me there is nothing I can do about it. I also had a big order I ask right before I pulled off can I have extra sauce she said it’s in the bag, can you move out the way. I kindly paused and said have a nice day,, I drove all the way from Hollywood to this restaurant I always see great reviews but today I had a horrible experience
I have never had anything bad to say about chic fil a their food is always on point. The best salads from a fast food restaurant. I'll continue going and spending my money because there customer service and food is awesome.

The biscuit bread is tender and warm. The CFA sauce is excellent and just right. Very good service!
I normally enjoy chick fil a especially their salads because they make the best in the fast food business. The salad was fantastic, great job Prep member. However, this location let me done with my hot food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that I asked to be well done. It was just really bland and didn’t taste like your sandwiches normally do. My large fry was cold and not filled to where it should have been. If I’m gonna pay for a large I would prefer to have it completely full. This location is always incredibly busy as many locations are during peak times. However, as a former worker at chick fil a. Quality should not suffer because of that and that this location did. Everybody has off days, but with as many locations as are available, I’ll just go to my usual spot.
This is a fast food restaurant. Food was oily and fatty. Not the type I food I usually eat, I don’t recommend this fast food restaurant, very unhealthy.
