What a HORRIBLE experience!!! The so called manager, “Martha” started arguing with me over a receipt that I picked up. After we ordered and payed for our food she turns around, voids out our order and says there now you don’t get a receipt or your food at all. Refused to give us our food, even yelled at the cook because he had already started cooking our food. It wasn’t his fault or ours. Seemed like “Martha” was having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone! She picked the wrong person. I will be reporting her to corporate office, hopefully they do something about her, and all these reviews that I’m seeing that are not good! She needs a job NOT dealing with people, she has no manners!!!! Shame on this place for having such nasty employees and allowing them to continue to treat the customers like this!!! I have NEVER had a problem until today with this place! Shame on Charleys cheesesteaks for allowing this behavior!!!!!
The cheese stack is so good and made fresh right in front of you, don't forget to get the strawberry lemonade it is made fresh to.
Ordered from thier app delivery guy drove around for 45min with my food in his car when restaurant is 3 blocks from me so i declined the order called the store for refund was told there was nothing they could do for me tried calling other location to get no help called their corporate number to not be able to speak to anyone recording said to go to location for help when i went in person manager and employees where no help to the point of being rude kept directing me to their app which kept directing me back to them finally i had to dispute charge with card company and we know how that goesI do not recommend charleys at the gallery mall in ft Lauderdale at all being run by a bunch of kids with no people skills at all
Nasty dirty food prep. The chef takes a dirty looking wrag and wipes the knife then cuts the sub and then picks up pickled with his now nasty gloved hands and puts them on my sandwich. None of the workers are wearing masks. Never eating here again. Period. The end. The woman working there wouldn’t give a napkin to someone who needed it because they didn’t order there. Hey Charlie! Unkindness is not a hood business model. You are utterly gross.
Terrible service. We waited in line at a little past 5:20. When it was our turn to order at 5:26 they turned us away, apparently they decided to close at the moment. All other places open so we ordered somewhere else. Corporate or owner should do something about this, more people were turned away after we walked away whilst everything else stayed open.

Horrible experience. My entire family had diarrhea and my 8 yo threw up. We all had the cheesesteak sandwiches and cheese fries. My 9 and 10 yo had an upset stomach and my 8 yo step daughter had to fly back home to Indiana with a stomach ache. My husband and I had stomach aches all night as well. We were buying time for our Apple Store appointment and had to cancel with Apple and leave the mall. The Apple Store employee told me he had the same experience 6 months back. This was a huge inconvenience for my family.
Place to eat drinks injoy yourself
I, and two other hungry adults, recently ate at Charley's Philly Steaks. The experience was decent for a mall court, however, the service took some time, and the food was merely passable.The sandwiches were all of a decent size, with leftovers capable of sustaining a midnight snack or an early lunch the next day. That was great; gotta love two meals in one deal. The fries seemed fresh, however, be careful with the garlic parmesan because, while delicious, it is Salt City. Other than lackluster service and simply acceptable food, an overall satisfactory experience.
