I lost my phone here, and NO ONE helped me to try and find it. Someone near me said that they had found my phone and gave it to the bartender. The bartenders were ignoring me at the bar the entire night when I clearly looked in distress. I even held out money, and they still would just look at me and look away. I got over it and attempted to call the next day to see if someone found it, but every time I've called no one has picked up the phone. I get that this probably happens a lot, but it is no excuse to be rude and not answer the phone. No wonder this place has so many reviews about stolen items.
I lost my phone here and the manager Greg was extremely helpful in finding it he gave me his card communicated well and even put it in a safe place and offered to charge it. The staff was extremely helpful and I will definitely be back!
Bouncers took my real ID and demanded cash to get it back. After I had already paid cover. Be ready to get extorted if you go here
Someone there stole my friends wallet, we’re almost pretty sure it was the bouncer because he looked in our other friends purse when we walked in (literally spread it open with his fingers very nonchalantly) when we notified the people that worked there they did not care at all…absolutely no help at all and they said “it happens”Since the owner has responded to this post I figured I would add some more info. I came in with a group of 4, all 4 of us had purses. First person went in and I was busy getting my id out so I did not see what happened (this was the person who had her wallet stolen). Second person went in, this is when I saw the bouncer open her purse without her knowing. Did not ask, did not warn, did it as she was walking past him. He didn’t stop her to ask if he could look, he did it sneakily. Then the other two of us went through and we put our hands over them and they were zipped…no one touched our purses. Doesn’t seem like standard procedure to check one persons open purse without warning and no one else’s. Along with this our bags were not checked at any other bars and we were at several all throughout the week.The bouncer may have had no part in the missing wallet…we don’t know, but the events leading up to us noticing it was missing were strange and the staff did not care at all.And last thing to add, after this all took place and we went on with our week, anytime it would get brought up to someone from the Fort Lauderdale area, they knew exactly what bar we were talking about, and said that they are not surprised this happened and it happens all the time there. So clearly it’s an on going issue.
This place is a fraud. The Bouncers peaked in our purses when we got in and somehow my friends wallet mysteriously got stolen out of her purse without even paying or taking out her wallet because we were there for 5 minutes. Awful place, not good staffing
I would give this place a 0 if i could. Got my wallet stolen out of my purse. The staff didn’t do a single thing about it. They don’t care. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Unsafe.
Place is awful. Bouncers straight assaulted me to pay someone else’s bills. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never in my life will I ever go there.
I'd give this club a 0 star rating if I could. Staff is terrible, and can kick you out when ever they want. The worst experiences I've ever had.
