We had a dual team of servers starting with Dominic. They were both excellently attentive without being annoying! Food was delicious and prompt! And of course, the prickly pear margaritas were a must!
We had several dishes between the four of us. The pork risotto was pretty good. Everything else was average. White chocolate bread pudding was dry. I was looking forward to this dinner, but kind of disappointing.
Service was excellent. Ann assisted us in changing table away from a noisy table. The food was great with numerous different large-size appetizers to choose from.
Wonderful food & service inside! Would give 5 stars but valet was very arrogant!!!
Service was attentive although there was quite a wait between appetizers and main course. Crispy pork tacos were the hit of the night. The low point was the chicken Milanese that still had skin on chicken under panko crust. Drinks were good. Would come back but be more selective on food choices.
Amazing service
I love the new Canyon location. There was a great DJ playing and the food was excellent and so was the people watching. The acoustics is really bad though and I could barely hear my date and it was so dark at the table I kept turning on my cell light to see to eat. I think they need small table lights. I would go back but request the main dining room next time and bring a light.

Used to love going to Canyon when it was at its former location. It was small, charming, and the food was excellent. This Canyon has loud techno music and tries to be super hip. It is not. We were celebrating a birthday and they put us, a party of five, right in front of the kitchen. In addition to the loud music, there was tons of noise coming from people cleaning and storing the utensils. Our party five was consider a large party and the tape was automatically included. Very odd that they would do that. The food, on the other hand, was outstanding. Perhaps it was just the location of the table that soured the experience.
I loved the Old Canyon, but the new space is on point. Food and service is excellent!â¥ï¸
